The location was perfect. Right in the middle of a pedestrian mall .The courtyard coffee shop had a lovely ambience a d was lovely for breakfast and light meals. The staff was polite professional and very obliging. It has been modernised but has alot of its ancient charm with lovely spaces and stairways and a beautiful painted vaulted ceilings

The one thing that impressed me the most was the politeness and hospitality of the people working at the hotel, their work ethic, their excellent communication skills. The location of the hotel was convenient all rooms (regardless of position or elevation) enjoyed a good view of the sea. My room was very clean and the bed very comfy and large. The bathroom was a bit small, but all in all very satisfactory.

Hotel very close to the harbour with many food options around. Despite not requesting it the hotel had a room avaiable already shortly past 6 am when my over night ferry arrived, which I did appreciate a lot. Maybe because I stayed there during pre-season but still exceptionally nice.

The location is central, the design of the room is very nice. There's everything around. Very close to the center and harbor. The apartment has 2 main entrance doors. You enter the first door with a password and go up to the 2nd floor. When you turn to the right, there is another door with a password and when you pass through it, you see the room numbers.

Fantastic island with a rich history spanning centuries. So much to see and do. Well preserved historic towns and traditions were very enjoyable. Chios hasn't been ruined by over tourism like many other Greek islands so it still feels authentic and definitely worth a visit.

Unfortunately the Green Bus Service was closed due to non payment of wages so was not able to visit villages on that service. The local city bus is still operating. I was lucky to do a tour with Kanaris Tours. They do not however tour every day so it’s important to check the days of the week and where you want to go.

An interesting island, quite large, very mountainous, but...

An interesting island, quite large, very mountainous, but with excellent roads. Beaches are well-equipped, with gravel and sandy beaches in the southeast and southwest. The north is more rocky, but the sea and mountain landscapes are beautiful everywhere. Friendly people, reasonable prices, and simple, good food, in the Greek tradition. The Turkish coast is visible from the east, and in places very close.

I liked Chios and enjoyed finding the history of the island. Very pleased with my accommodation at SeaView hotel. I travelled as National representative with a team of 10 people for the World Finswimming Championships and was able to point out to them the better and more reliable accommodation. People were friendly.

Chios is a perfect place to relax.

Chios is a perfect place to relax. It would be helpful to have a car, but I managed a couple of great trips using the local (not very frequent) buses. There is plenty to do if you are interested in history/culture. There is a wide choice of tavernas, cafes etc. and plenty of shops to mooch in.

This is the island my Mother's family was from many...

This is the island my Mother's family was from many generations ago and so it was important for my son and I to visit. It was not what we expected, it was so much more. It was easy to move around and it was the perfect place to rest, recharge and reconnect with the ghosts of our ancestors as tourists were minimal because it is not a party island and nor should it be. It is a very well - kept secret but had everything we needed and more. Next time we will travel in the shoulder season rather than winter to enjoy the beaches and further explore the history and all the island has to offer.

It was the best hotel I've ever stayed in. We prefer it for our honeymoon and it was the right decision. The lady at the reception was really kind, nice and helpful. The room was very clean and large. The personal care products in the room were high-qualified. The breakfast includes variety of delicious and healthy food. The pool and spa was quite relaxing. Also it's near the sea so you can go swimming as well. Loved the whole experience, totally recommended!!!
