BulgariaThere is no high enough rating worthy of Villa hidden paradise! This is a great home, comfortable and spacious, fresh and clean, with everything you need and enough to feel at home! You could easily stay there for weeks and not miss anything! Its location turned out to be wonderful! At first glance, a little isolated, it was actually a mistake. Everything was somehow close! Cosmopolitan Ierapetra, the villages after Ferma, vilages in the mountains... Everything was somehow accessible in minutes. The olive grove, lemon trees and medlars starting right from your terrace, there is no point in describing it... btw, very close, within walking distance, is a hidden diamond - for us this turned out to be the closest beach to Ferma. A real gem, almost deserted, with a sandy bottom and the shade of rocks and tamarisks! A divine beach if you love diving! Another hidden treasure!
We were greeted like old friends and sent away like family. In the truest sense! Anyone who chooses this place will feel the charm and spirit of this place! Our whole family was pleased and happy that we found this place! It really lived up to its name! Thank you for the wonderful days!

CanadaThe staff were really polite and friendly - there was a relaxed atmosphere about the hotel. You could see that it was really well maintained and very clean as the staff were readily available throughout the day. Beautiful surroundings, great facilities. Everything super clean, comfortable rooms and a great view from the balcony in sea view rooms. The hotel has its own beach with sun-beds and umbrellas as well as swimming pools. Sunbeds and umbrellas available at all times. On the beach there are different water sports available. The food was excellent all around. Lots of choices in the buffet restaurant. All-inclusive program is top-notch (with high quality food and drinks all included in the price)

UkraineEverything was perfect in this hotel! We rented two deluxe rooms and they were very stylish, modern and beautiful. Everything there is renovated and clean. Staff was amazing they answered all our questions and were really helpful during all vacation. For instance, we ordered airport transfer through the hotel and required later check-out and it wasn't an issue. Rooms were cleaned every day! Also breakfast was tasty, we had everything that we needed.

Ferma is a quiet and relaxing place, perfect if you are looking for beautiful beaches, good local tavernas and a peaceful atmosphere away from the crowds. It is rather small, so a car is useful if you want to explore more of eastern Crete.

The villa has big sized bed- and bathrooms.
The villa has big sized bed- and bathrooms. It has all the needed kitchen appliances. Beautiful swimming pool and outside sitting area.
The beautiful beach is just a 3 minute walk away. The bakery coffee shop just across the street and the grocery store is a 10 minute walk away. Excellent reasonably tavernas within walking distance.

Very nice place, the house and the equipment was very nice, cosy, convenient and really generous space. The pool was just for us, clean and big enough. There was an outdoor place with grill, tables and a fridge. The beach was just 2 min walk, Nice, quiet, the sea was clean and nice to swim, small stones at the beach, however the sand in the water. Nearby shops. Overall satisfied recommend.

Just a perfect place between two cities - Ierapetra and...
Just a perfect place between two cities - Ierapetra and Makry Gialos.
Very clean beaches and warm water even in October-November.
Very fresh air among the olive trees.
You can feel the atmosphere of the old Village while living in the new premises.
Ferma village is a little forgotten peaceful gem, where you can find everything you need for life: nice tavernas with tasty food: Katerina, Steki, good supermarket Astron, cafe "Route 76".
Don't forget to walk on the beach around the old abandoned 1000 rooms "Ferma Beach Hotel" to the small port, it's an experience in itself!

Beautiful place with lots of tourists.
Beautiful place with lots of tourists. The region is generally very touristic. It has some amazing places to eat, especially in the nearby Makri Gialos where I would recommend breakfast and coffee at Coukos Island and Italian rizotto with mushrooms for lunch at Diaskari, Makri Gialos.

Loved the peace and tranquillity.
Such a lovely place.
The owner is very welcoming and attentive.
So are the cleaners.
It is our 2nd time here and we will be returning again in the near future.
The hotel is located near plenty of beaches to explore.
A car is needed though so that you can visit nearby places.
Perfect base for holidays.

Wonderful position with a well protected quiet sea cove below which is good for swimming and snorkeling. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Food was buffet style, good quality and excellent value for money.
Loved the design and relaxing ambience of this hotel. Highly recommend.
