It was such a personable experience from the get go. It was very quiet but the amenities were so lovely and the pool area and sunbeds were good. The restaurant honestly was the best food we had in the whole of our time in crete.

I stayed here for one night because I needed something close to the airport and the exhibitions center, and it turned out to be a great choice. The room was renovated, comfy beds with a nice view over the pool. The staff were super friendly and the breakfast was really tasty. I also rented a car through the hotel, which made getting around really easy. Overall, the location was very convenient.

The facilities were fantastic. 5 swimming pools, entertainment all day and evening by the fabulous Jumbo club. Most of the staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful. The reception staff particularly nothing at all is too much trouble. We originally were staying for 3 days and ended up here for 10 days

The hotel in general was perfect! The rooms were huge, very spacious, with all the comforts and necessities, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The view, of course, was the highlight of our stay together with the private pool. It is also worth mentioning the staff, who certainly honor the reputation of Greek hospitality!

Polite & friendly staff, clean and well equipped rooms, great resort-style pool right next to the sea. There is a long beach nearby, 2 min walk. Special Kudos to the receptionist lady and the barman, made our stay x2 times better with their care and stories.

The place was absolutely stunning. My wife and I booked this place for our honeymoon, and that did not disappoint in any way. Everything from the location, to the people owning the place everything was perfect. Really modern and very luxurious place which was a few meters away from the beautiful water. The rooms were beautiful and very nice, everything was clean and worked. We were very happy with our own private pool and terrace, which was cleaned every day! The owners of this place is a very lovely and warm family, who makes sure every need you ask them are met! They are happy to talk, give you a good place to visit or even ask if there is anything that they could help with. They also have a family restaurant, which is very classy and has various dishes where you can enjoy your meal right by the ocean. And we were also welcomed warmly by the restaurant! Overall 10/10 experience, I would definitely suggest this place if you are looking for a private stay, where all your needs are met. Where rooms are equipped with everything you need.

From the moment we arrived, everything felt so warm and welcoming. The hotel is Pinterest-vibe beautiful, new, and spotless, very close to the nice beach. The food was delicious and varied, and drinks were amazing. But what truly made our stay special was the amazing team — from Lia at the reception to the restaurant staff, waiters, bartenders, housekeepers, and spa staff — everyone was incredibly kind, friendly, and always ready to help. It felt very cozy and comfortable. We’ll definitely come back again!

New and modern. Very comfy beds. The decor is beautiful. The pool area has a bar and sun beds. The breakfast was good with fresh veggies and fruits. The hostess was very pleasant and helpful. The near beaches are great, so the location didn't disappoint.
