NetherlandsIt's I belive everything as a whole. It is a wonderful location. It's very clean. Host is extremely helpful. It's Greece 😁. This apartment has it all. Very comfortable. We were with the three of us. Beds are great, big bathroom, kitchen with everything one needs. Surrounding is stunning. Not to mention Voulossima beach nearby which is just a few clicks away. For anyone staying there, please take care of that wonderful cat called Boukitsa (small bite).

Dialinas Apartments is a great place for those who want to take a break from the tourist noise and feel the authentic atmosphere of Crete.
The apartments are spacious, tidy, clean, comfortable, AC great.
There is a great bakery nearby, a cozy place for morning coffee and treats. Nearby - three beaches, several excellent taverns.
The atmosphere in Istron is very friendly and calm.
Thank you for a great vacation! I will definitely come back here!

HungaryThe house was very spacious, ideal for a family of 5. It was very clean and looked just like the photos. Seaview from the balcony. Pomegranate tree next to balcony. Supermarkets, bakery 10m away. Voulisma beach 1 km away. I picked this location to visit Voulisma, Vai beach, Chrissi island, Ammoudi beach, it was ideal location for those beaches. The owner and the girls at the bakery were really friendly, my husband had coffee every morning at the bakery. (The house is behind a bakery, but they do not bake the bread there, so there is no noise coming from the bakery. We could always find parking place in front of the apartment. There were mosquito nets on all the windows. The AC was not loud. There were 2 bottles of water and a bowl of fruit in the fridge when we arrived.

Big sandy beaches. Good tavernas, we liked MeRaki. Istron is a "strip" of a village running along a main road. There are apartments and hotels up the hillside from the road, with not too much road noise. When rough you can hear the sea from your apartment. Apart from the beaches and eating places there is probably not too much else to do.

Istro is a town stretching along the main street.
Istro is a town stretching along the main street. It may not have any historical or super charming places but it has everything we needed: shops and restaurants, bistros, cafes and car rentals. It is based on tourists but not overloaded with them. You can meet locals drinking coffee or eating in the evenings (we recommend ΚΑΦΕΝΕΙΟ ΝΙΚΟΣ).

we had hire car, travel eastern side of the island and visited several of the other hotel options, we were pleased we booked Istron Bay.

Istron itself is a small town with some conveniences like...
Istron itself is a small town with some conveniences like ATM, tavernas etc. We stayed there not because we wanted to be in this particular town but because of the access it gave is to the surrounding area. With a car we could easily reach many beautiful beaches, ancient villages in the mountains, Ag Nicholas for history, churches etc. and some genuine Greek restaurants, mainly in villages. It is a good central point for many things that interest us.

Istron is one of many small towns, on the main road between Agios Nicolaos and Sitia.there are lovely beaches, tavernas and small supermarkets for all your needs Try eating at Mama Loutros, you will ot be disappointed!

Istron is a lovely place to stay with fantastic beaches and very friendly people. It is not an overly lively resort but has enough for older teens (Palace Bar was great and had lovely cocktails too and Friends had live music on some nights). It is also a great location to explore more of the island

Our stay at Istron Bay was absolutely wonderful! What impressed us the most was the warm, family-like atmosphere and the exceptional kindness of the staff. Every single employee made us feel genuinely welcome and cared for throughout our stay. The hotel has breathtaking sea views, and the large terraces are perfect for relaxing while enjoying the beautiful surroundings. We are more than satisfied with our vacation and would gladly return. Thank you for making our stay so special!

We live on crete and had our family from Australia over ,we wanted to show them the this end as we live in chania, the villa was perfect ,stunning setting, clean ,comfortable, all the facilities you could possibly need ,the beach 3 minutes away it was private and sunbeds and umbrellas were available, we had a amazing private pool so all in all I can recommend these villas great value for money and a beautiful setting 😀.

Actually, I was asked if I would move to Istron Blue which is under the same ownership and this review is for these apartments. Very quiet, about 150m up a slope from the main Istron drag. Clean, basic facilities. Very nice swimming pool. Manolis was very helpful. Close to mini markets, cafés, tavernas and beach.

It was an absolutely amazing stay. I really recommend it, you can find everything you need inside and even more. It felt like we were hosted, because there was every equipment you could possibly need, not like a typical rental experience. The nicest beach in the area Istro beach is really close.
