The hosts were exceptionally hospitable, they treated me as part of the family. The landlord picked me up from the airport, gave me a lift to Pigadia and back several times and he and his wife were always there for anything I needed. I had no car, but there were several buses to town and connections by bus and boat to other places from there. Kastelia beach is a 15 minute walk from the studios and Ammoopi and other beautiful beaches can also be reached by bus or on foot. There is a mini market and a restaurant near by.

Amazing penthouse with stunning view of the port. Quiet neighborhood, while only couple of minuntes walking distance from Pigadia center (restaurants cafeterias supermarkets pharmacies etc). The apartment was very clean and fully equipped. Panagiota is a lovely host who went above and beyond. She welcomed us with local and homemade snacks, fresh pies and fruits and was very responsive and helpful during our stay. Many thanks Panagiota for your warm hospitality :)

from the moment I stepped foot in Kyra Panagia and into the oasis at Bella vista, I instantly felt at home. Andreas was extremely hospitable and helpful. he secured me a rental car and introduced me to Theo & Maria, the owners of Sophia’s in the small fishing village. my days there became like I was living there. The people, the landscape and the kindness you will find here is incredible. I highly recommend spending your holiday here. Efcharisto!

Beautiful view from the terrace of the entire bay and the open sea. Truly 100% sea view with beach only 20 meters from the apartment. The building is new, the apartment is furnished exactly as stated in the description and in the photos. Very nice stylish and practical. Private parking in front of the building and a good starting point for exploring the island. Great location away from the crowds but still close to the town.

Property was new,clean, with all the essentials. Courtesy of the owners who accommodated early check in and late check out. Location right in the center of Pigadia, next to all the amenities and a public parking nearby. Nice balcony and excellent value for money. we would definitely be back, thank you!!!

Very clean property and the location is close to everything. I didn’t need a car since the distance from restaurants, beach, cafes, and other work offices were a 5 minute walking. Everyone in the hotel was very helpful and willing to detail answer all my questions.

Family run hotel. Very good location, near supermarkets and taxi station. Bus station also is easily reachable. A little walk down takes you to a lot of restaurants. Beaches are at the end of the promenade. The lady running the hotel is very kind and welcoming.

Breakfast was not included, but the room was an easy walk to several cafes and restaurants. Mike was a perfect, friendly, and knowledgeable host. Best room I've ever stayed in at that price. Fabulous — both Epiphany and Karpathos!

Our host is a very helpfull and kind person. Nice house, close to the centre of Pigadia. Beautiful small garden with the view on Pigadia bay and mountains around. Interesting two storey space with the mezzanine sleeping space.

although it is a short steep walk to the hotel, the area is very private being the only hotel up that hill. it overlooks the whole of Pigadia and sunrises are out of this world

The stuff is friendly and helpful, the rooms are clean, you geht a Good value for your Money. The Position of the Hotel , near the Harbour , Restaurants is very Good .

Overall breakfast was good. No freshly squeezed orange unless you pay extra. 5 star hotel and no freshly squeezed orange juice unbelievable.

The location of the Apartment is perfect. You are within 2 minutes in de center of Karpathos!
