Breakfast was fabulous. We were not expecting it. Food was served at the staff's choice and it has everything imaginable !!!

Aphrodite was truly a wonderful host. Both check-in and check-out were incredibly easy and comfortable. I arrived before the check-in time, and she kindly told me that I could check in right away.On the day of my departure, I had quite a long wait before my ferry, and Aphrodite kindly messaged me to let me know that I could leave my luggage there. Thanks to her, I was able to enjoy my last day without having to carry my suitcases around. The room was spotless and very comfortable, newly decorated, and had plenty of amenities. Beyond the complimentary treats in the mini fridge, she had thought of everything, from a mini sewing kit to a spare toothbrush, always keeping her guests’ comfort in mind. The location was very central, with everything within walking distance. The cleanliness of the room was perfectly adequate for me and exactly as it should be. I didn’t experience any of the issues mentioned in the previous reviews.

All was good. The woman working at the reception was very friendly and explained clearly what we needed to know. The room was clean and the shower and beds were very comfortable. The location is good and within walking distance from the port, shops and restaurants.

Friendly staff, good location, clean room, value for money

Location was excellent, close to most things. Staff were friendly and courteous. Giannis and his Mother (owners) were extremely helpful and kind. They went out of their way to assist when a medical issue arose. The hotel, although dated its spotlessly clean and has a old world charm about it. Will definitely stay again.

The staff at the hotel were great, from the young lady on reception to the mature guys massaging feet. :) Very friendly, kind, great location, walking distance to the beach, comfortable beds and will definately return. Jon

4 minutes to walk from the port. Right near the bar and restaurants however silence. The team was amazing. Especially Stella from the breakfast gave us a feeling that we were a guest at her house. The reception team is so helpful and smiling all the time. They gave us departure gift, that was cool. They have achieved to give us personalised service. I highly recommend this hotel.

The host was really friendly and helpful; she even gave us ouzo as a souvenir. I would suggest that if you are curious about Mytilini's foods and bars, you should stay at this hotel. It is really close to Mytilini but far away from city square noise. The room was well-cleaned and comfortable.

It was an ordinary facility, it had no extra nice features.

Quite close to the Airport (if you’re travelling by airplane). Good swimming pool. Friendly and cooperative stuff. Very very good rooms. Perfect view.
