A lovely room with a perfect view of the garden. It's in a quiet street, but there's a small supermarket just down the road and there are a few restaurants at the same distance if you don't feel like walking around. The room also has a stove if you want to prepare a meal. The people are very friendly! :)

Position and farm feel .. but just off the beach. Apartment is big and well set up

I would certainly recommend it; a very nice and friendly hotel in a good location – about a 5-7-minute walk to a lovely, clean sandy beach (Para Agia Paraskevi) with umbrella rentals and a restaurant, and about a 3-minute walk to a bus stop on the main road (with directions to either the Skiathos town and the port, or to Koukounaries beach to the west). There’s no real need to take a taxi or car to and from the airport; it took about 20 minutes by bus (bus stop No. 16). There’s a supermarket and a number of restaurants all nearby, within walking distance. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, both at reception and in the restaurant. When we arrived at 11.00, we let the hotel know, and although the official check-in time was 15.00 and made no special request, the room was ready and everything was in place when we arrived. The room was spacious, well-equipped, clean and had air conditioning that worked well. We had a wonderful view of the bay. As the hotel is situated on a hill (as are most of the hotels and villas), there were quite a lot of steps, so it might not be suitable for people with physical disabilities. The choice of food at breakfast was reasonably varied; the food was tasty, with a wide selection of sweet pastries and jams in particular. The coffee from the coffee machine could be better. The hotel has a swimming pool with a bar, which we didn’t use, however, given the many beautiful beaches on the island. Overall, I highly recommend a stay here.

Really friendly family-run place to stay. Wonderful view from rooms at the top of the site. Very cheerful and responsive staff. Great fun. Bus stop just at the bottom of the hill so easy access to town and beaches.

Brilliantly located little gem, right by kapanista and tzaneria beach with a great view, nice pool area with a bar which served well priced light meals, overall very pleased finding this hotel

Gorgeous resort, great staff and facilities.

Everything was clean & new. Staff were extremely helpful and welcoming. Location is great, it’s located at Bus stop 20 and you need to take bus to stop 16 for more restaurants options, or stop 4 or 0 to Skiathos city. However you get to enjoy the private beach so no complaints here. We travel with our 7 month toddler and everything went super well, kudos to restaurant manager who’s always giving us a helping hand and making us feel like home.

Breath taking location. The most relaxing 3 days. Will be back for longer.

We loved the location, 10 mins from the old town on the beach. The staff were amazing, Eleni, Kathleen and Tony on reception were so welcoming, helpful and of course all the staff in the restaurant and pool area. It was such a great stay. The decor is so tasteful and calming. Lovely comfy sunbeds.

The team was excellent, very helpful and very friendly and welcoming. Dimitris and all F&B team, as well as front office team, drivers and everyone we interacted with, including GM, were absolutely great. We enjoyed the hotel location, the service and the food very much. Also highly recommend the beach at the sister property.

The location is perfect, just 2 min walk from the beach, 10 min from the city centre. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff is fantastic, very nice team of young, attentive and well educated people everywhere - at the reception, in the restaurant, on the beach. The beach is nice, sun beds are provided, in the evenings one can enjoy a cocktail watching the moon path. The food is very good - congratulations to the chef ! It combines the Greek tradition with modernity and all is served very elegant way! The breakfast is very good with big variety of local pastries, cheese, fruits, nuts, etc.

We liked everything. Staff has been absolutely fantastic. Location is amazing. Room clean and absolutely quiet. Breakfast delicious.

We stayed in 1 of the bungalows up the hill. I counted 142 steps but the view from there was fantastic. This was our 2nd year staying here because the beach and all the bars are with in walking distance and bus stop 10 was right outside the hotel. We loved our breakfast which was included.

peaceful location and wonderful view, close to the sea and a beach

You don’t even need a pool when the gorgeous, calm sea of Achladies is literally 50 meters away. We spent our morning on the beach and our afternoon relaxing on our balcony with a view of the sea through the pine trees. Highly recommend eating at their Rose Garden tavern at least once—the moussaka was spectacular.

Absolutely beautiful bungalow. Modern, clean, shower room perfect. Very peaceful stay.
