Perfect getaway. Close to the city, beachfront, nice restaurants around you. Good vibes and nice atmosphere inside and outside. Our own small private pool on our balcony was amazing - nice place to cool down and enjoy the view to the sea. Main poolside was enjoyable as well.

Don't hesitate to book a room here! We had a wonderful view from our very comfortable room. The location was excellent. It was nice to be outside of the hectic Skiathos town but close enough to it that we could take a short taxi ride to it at night. There is even a bus stop on the road right by the hotel. Above all, our hosts were the absolute best. We can't thank them enough for all of their local recommendations, and assistance as we navigated the island. Really really special people that we are grateful to now call friends.

What a fabulous hotel in an excellent location. The rooms are perfect. Definitely pay the extra and get the Seaview. It's absolutely beautiful you wont regret it. The bus to all the beaches around the corner, 5 minuteswalk to all the restaurants and bars and to the ferry port. The ladies on reception are wonderful and so helpful, great breakfast, great service and there is an excellent range of food on offer. Highly recommend this hotel. We will be back again and again

George kindly picked us up at the airport and also dropped us off the airport on our last day again. We had a beautiful view of the sea from our balcony. The room was clean. Air condition was working and there was no extra fee for using it. Everyone in the property was very friendly and helpful. The location was perfect - close to the harbour, bust stop, car rental, restaurants, shops and the city center. It was interesting to have a view of the airport runway, too. We watched the planes landing and taking off. At the same time, we appreciated that there was not that many flights per day, and that we were not disturbed by any potential noise from the planes. Just be aware of a very steep hill that you need to climb to get to the accommodation. However, the view is then well worth it. The kitchen has only very basic equipment - glasses, small tea cups, plates, cutlery, a frying pan and a tiny pot to boil water for the 2 small tea cups. Otherwise no pots to cook anything. However, there are many restaurants nearby, so it's not an issue. Rania Studios is a great place and I would stay there again.

If I could give it an 11 out of 10 rating, I definitely would. We truly felt welcomed and at home. Considering it was the end of the season, and there were options to have dinner at restaurants outside, we chose to enjoy our meals at the hotel’s restaurant. The food was truly local, made from fresh ingredients, and cooked with care. We were beyond impressed. The breakfast was more than sufficient and we were very satisfied with it. Of course, if you visit during peak season and arrive towards the end of breakfast time, the prices for the hotel will be much higher, and the crowds will increase. Breakfast can get a bit repetitive if you arrive later than planned, so it’s something to keep in mind. However, we were fully satisfied with everything. The staff was fantastic, the food was great, and the cleanliness was impeccable! Thank you, and we will definitely come back!

The Atrium Hotel is truly spectacular!! Their photos online really do not do it justice. When we arrived, we were shown around the hotel and given a welcome drink while our bags were taken up to our room. The view over their stunning pool of the bay in front is exquisite. They have a very nice, well-stocked bar and their restaurant, where one can sit overlooking the pool and the bay is one of the nicest we’ve experienced so far in Greece! Their buffet breakfast is also of a very high quality. The best part was the hot tub and private outside area that our room had. Room service brought us Prosecco and beers to enjoy in the tub. It was truly idyllic. Thank you to the friendly, wonderful staff who made the next stop on our honeymoon so great!!

Nice hotel on great location, very cute and clean room with a large terrace and sew view, great food: breakfast a varied buffet, lunch and dinner in the restaurant on the beach, friendly staff, I would especially like to thank Dimitris at the reception, he tried very hard to help us with a problem with checing in the ferry, all praise for his persistence and perseverance. Skiathos has a lot to offer if one digs deeper.

Skiathos has a lot to offer if one digs deeper. Beaches are nice (and soo many!), with golden sand. Lots of attractions and water sports. But there are monasteries to visit, wineries, some local museums. Lots of restaurants (too many) so, do your research before. We were told by the taxi driver that a certain taverna was good. We trusted the local advice, but were disappointed by the tavern.

This is a spacious and well thought out property . Gorgeous interior and everything thought about from the use of space , seating area/breakfast bar and kitchen with a really large balcony. The bed is very big and extremely comfortable, if I had one criticism it would be that I could hear our neighbours shower or use of their hairdryer but this was only something minor. Excellent property and value for money in a beautiful location , 10 min walk into Skiathos town but if you don’t fancy the walk some beautiful tavernas on your doorstop , would 100% stay again and recommend.

Troulos beach and area is a fabulous place to stay. Beach, tavernas, with a new Maya Taverna opened this June 2026, right down the far end. Its lovely there. waitress service to their sun beds, and wi fi. great food. All the tavernas are great to be fair. BS 20 area of Troulos is flat, and an uphill road walk to BS18 the upper area of Troulos. Lots to love about the place. BS19 has the supermarket and petrol station, and the wonderful Victoria restaurant. loads of other good restaurants around too.

Great place to stay. Beach absolutely stunning. Pure sand with a gentle slope into the sea. Great beach bar with a very good menu. Little tavernas to eat at but there are actually more than you think. Go on the opposite side of the road to the beach and there is a supermarket.on the right hand side(as you face it) there is a little lane going down left (after iguana bar) walk down and it opens to loads more tavernas and is a lovely walk. I wouldn’t waste any time heading further up the island towards koukounaries or troulos . Buses run every ten minutes for the island from Skiathos town ( stop 1] to last stop ( 24 I think) koukounaries. Agia Paraskevi is 16, Skiathos town worth a few visits so just jump on bus outside and return easy to. You will need cash though.

The beaches through the forest were amazing, clean peaceful...

The beaches through the forest were amazing, clean peaceful with no sports, music. Food and drinks available and very kind people. Local restaurants were very good and reasonable as were the supermarkets. The bus service is brilliant. Would definitely visit again.

Great beach nearby with taverna, lovely walks available, regular bus service with bus stop 15 being a 5-10 minute walk downhill - not so easy going back up! Plenty of restaurants in the area including a short walk along the main road to Aghia Paraskevi which will give you more choice - we particularly liked 'Maistrali' - up the lane opposite the church, family owned and run.

Achladies is a great place to stay.

Achladies is a great place to stay. The beach is sandy and the sea warm and clear. Plenty of sunbeds. The Mojo bar is great for breakfast, lunch and drinks. Friendly and attentive staff. Water taxi is a great way to travel to and from Skiáthos town. Quick and reliable. Also enjoyed the nearby restaurants. Great food and friendly staff. The couple of supermarkets have all the basics needed. Also a regular bus route around the island.

First of all this accommodation is far from being 5 stars.

First of all this accommodation is far from being 5 stars. Rooms have not been renovated for years, the bathroom is so old and full of mold, needs an urgent upgrade. The hotel does not have a fitness, you have to go to another hotel if you want to use it. We booked a Suite with Sea View but upon arrival they told us it is no longer available and they give us another room for the first 3 days then we can move to the one we booked. Staff was very nice at first, but then they ignore us and not answering the phone or messages. Unfortunately, we had to leave 2 days earlier because of terrible news, my husband’s dad passed away. They didn't do anything to partially refund us. Do yourself a favour and avoid this place at all costs.

This is an excellent hotel, where we have stayed overnight...

This is an excellent hotel, where we have stayed overnight on a number of occasions. It gives terrific value: superb location, great food, comfortable rooms at a very good price. But what makes it truly outstanding is the friendliness and helpfulness of the people who run it. They always make us feel very welcome.

Fabulous beaches, good restaurants.

Fabulous beaches, good restaurants. Great to spend time and recharge. Unfortunately, the only thing you can do is go to beaches and eat good food. Other than that you can buy souvenirs, walk around town or go to a bar for a drink. There is also a boat trip, which is admittedly expensive.
