We used the transfer service of the hotel from the airport. The driver was at the arrival gate waiting for us and he was very kind. Very clean room, very good breakfast and a very beautiful pool area at Thalassa where our room was. It was more quiet than the beach, so we enjoyed it very much 😄

Nice view, modern furniture and equipment, there was everything you may need from the iron to wine opener. There was always someone at the reception ready to fulfill our needs and especially lady Eleni was really nice. She ket us for early check-in and we could also stay by the pool after check-out. We would definitely come back.

I recently stayed at La Piscine Hotel in Skiathos, and I can honestly say it exceeded all my expectations. The staff are by far the friendliest and most genuinely smiling team I have ever encountered – they truly make you feel at home from the moment you arrive. The hotel itself is fantastic: stylish, and immaculately maintained. The food is absolutely top-notch, with plenty of variety and excellent quality. I also loved the fact that it’s an adults-only hotel, which makes the whole atmosphere wonderfully calm and relaxing. If you’re looking for a perfect place to enjoy Skiathos, this hotel is definitely the one. Highly recommended!

Our room was in a perfect position right by the pool, very peaceful. Maybe not for everyone but we never felt overlooked or lacking privacy. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was fantastic, the two big asks for any hotel stay. The room was spacious and well equipped, perfect min every way. All of the staff were amazing and couldn’t do enough for you, so friendly every single day, from George on reception, Nikos and Nik on the bar and the lovely waitresses in the restaurant, cannot fault them. They were all amazing and a credit to the place. Location was perfect, a minute to the beach with lovely tavernas to choose from and a short stroll into town. A perfect week, and would 100% recommend.

- The host is amazing! When I arrived I didn't have cash for the taxi (the taxis only take cash by the way, haha) so she paid for me and I paid her back after. She's a lovely lady that was checking how everything was whenever I ran into her. - The location is absolutely great!! It's right next to the main street where all the shops are + a lot of bars and it takes maybe 5-7 minutes to walk down to the docks. There's a small shop in the street where you can buy some groceries and drinks, but as I stayed two weeks I chose to walk 10 minutes over a hill to a much cheaper supermarket there (Masoutis). It's also just 10 minutes to walk to the closest beach (Megali Ammos Beach) - very convenient. - The room has everything that you need. I was happily surprised as the price was quite cheap compared to other places. - You hardly hear any noise from the street even if it's central, I slept very well every night.

The Atrium Hotel is truly spectacular!! Their photos online really do not do it justice. When we arrived, we were shown around the hotel and given a welcome drink while our bags were taken up to our room. The view over their stunning pool of the bay in front is exquisite. They have a very nice, well-stocked bar and their restaurant, where one can sit overlooking the pool and the bay is one of the nicest we’ve experienced so far in Greece! Their buffet breakfast is also of a very high quality. The best part was the hot tub and private outside area that our room had. Room service brought us Prosecco and beers to enjoy in the tub. It was truly idyllic. Thank you to the friendly, wonderful staff who made the next stop on our honeymoon so great!!

Our stay at Elsa hotel was well above our expectations. The hotel staff including the dog Karma was really warm and welcoming, and they made our stay tremendous. The staff helped us with information such as directions to the bus, information on the best restaurants and beaches to visit. The cleaning of the room was top notch and cleaned every day. The pool areas was also great with a lot of sun beds and a clean pool that our kids loved. Nice touch with a pool bar that served us cool drinks and a light selection of meals. The location of the hotel gave us a great view and it was just a short walk to city center. This hotel is perfect stay for a family of four!

we visited Skiathos with my girlfriend for our first vacation in Greece and it was definitely unique. First of all, Giorgos and Despina were incredible hosts and willing to help us with every question we had. Our room was cleaned daily with a change of towels and sheets (very clean accommodation). The view of the room was unbelievable, especially the sunrise was like a painting. The accommodation is very central, just 5 minutes from the center on foot. It is located on a small hill, but you don't care because the goddess is unique. We will definitely come again guys.

We had booked for 2 nights and extended to 3 (wanted 4 but they were fully booked). But what makes this hotel stand out is their front of house lady, Catherine. She goes over and beyond to make her guests happy. And Iannis and Nel too. Very special team in place at this hotel. Highly recommend it.

A pretty town, plenty of shops, restaurants and cafes, but all in an attractive setting of tree-lined cobbled streets and scenic port area. We would recommend Nikos taverna in the pedestrian street for excellent grilled food and efficient service-it’s always packed and there’s good reason for that- also the fish taverna on the port., which also serves meat dishes and traditional Greek cuisine. Very reasonable prices, good food and lovely staff. For breakfast, coffee and a nice little place to people-watch, we loved the Foodie cafe in the pedestrian street. Friendly staff and good service.

The beaches through the forest were amazing, clean peaceful with no sports, music. Food and drinks available and very kind people. Local restaurants were very good and reasonable as were the supermarkets. The bus service is brilliant. Would definitely visit again.

This is an excellent hotel, where we have stayed overnight on a number of occasions. It gives terrific value: superb location, great food, comfortable rooms at a very good price. But what makes it truly outstanding is the friendliness and helpfulness of the people who run it. They always make us feel very welcome.

Skiathos is a popular and lively island with a distinctly touristy vibe. Visitors are drawn not only by its beautiful nature and beaches, but also by its close proximity to the island of Skopelos – well known from the Mamma Mia! movie, with daily tours departing from Skiathos. Skiathos boasts a wide variety of beaches, many with golden sand and easy access. One of the absolute highlights is Lalaria Beach, a stunning spot with dramatic white cliffs and turquoise water – accessible only by boat.

Trulos is a quiet area in Skiathos with many trees.

Trulos is a quiet area in Skiathos with many trees. The sound of birds and even a rooster was so pleasant to wake up to. There are several very good restaurants in the area, some with live entertainment. There are numerous markets where you can purchase anything you might want. It's very easy to catch the bus which seems to run about every 20 minutes to go to downtown Skiathos. Trulos Beach was by far my favourite beach, quiet with families and very calm water. Since I am a swimmer I enjoyed swimming there the most of any beach I visited. Trulos is a great location.

Great beach nearby with taverna, lovely walks available, regular bus service with bus stop 15 being a 5-10 minute walk downhill - not so easy going back up! Plenty of restaurants in the area including a short walk along the main road to Aghia Paraskevi which will give you more choice - we particularly liked 'Maistrali' - up the lane opposite the church, family owned and run.

Achladies is a great place to stay.

Achladies is a great place to stay. The beach is sandy and the sea warm and clear. Plenty of sunbeds. The Mojo bar is great for breakfast, lunch and drinks. Friendly and attentive staff. Water taxi is a great way to travel to and from Skiáthos town. Quick and reliable. Also enjoyed the nearby restaurants. Great food and friendly staff. The couple of supermarkets have all the basics needed. Also a regular bus route around the island.

First of all this accommodation is far from being 5 stars.

First of all this accommodation is far from being 5 stars. Rooms have not been renovated for years, the bathroom is so old and full of mold, needs an urgent upgrade. The hotel does not have a fitness, you have to go to another hotel if you want to use it. We booked a Suite with Sea View but upon arrival they told us it is no longer available and they give us another room for the first 3 days then we can move to the one we booked. Staff was very nice at first, but then they ignore us and not answering the phone or messages. Unfortunately, we had to leave 2 days earlier because of terrible news, my husband’s dad passed away. They didn't do anything to partially refund us. Do yourself a favour and avoid this place at all costs.

This is a spacious and well thought out property . Gorgeous interior and everything thought about from the use of space , seating area/breakfast bar and kitchen with a really large balcony. The bed is very big and extremely comfortable, if I had one criticism it would be that I could hear our neighbours shower or use of their hairdryer but this was only something minor. Excellent property and value for money in a beautiful location , 10 min walk into Skiathos town but if you don’t fancy the walk some beautiful tavernas on your doorstop , would 100% stay again and recommend.

Better than we expected......various areas to visit, a busy...

Better than we expected......various areas to visit, a busy promenade with many shops and restaurants, the port area with some lovely tavernas overlooking the sea, we liked the local beach Megali Ammos which was walkable from our hotel and had 3/4 lovely restaurants...our favourite was the Thessaloniki. Great bus service every 10 mins. Not too many families so ideal for couples or singles. Plenty of boat trip options, etc.
