Great location overlooking the town directly below the hospital crag. Drive to the house on reasonable roads, park by the door, then wander down through the narrow lanes. Accommodation is not fancy but it has everything you need and it is clean and quiet and the WiFi works. Our second time staying here and we will be back next year.

Sophia was the kindest person we have met on holiday and made sure our stay in this fantastic hotel was the best. It's only 2 star because the bathrooms are slightly dated. The immaculate rooms are a great size and the view from the large balcony over the bay/harbour is unbeatable. Tyros village must be the friendliest in Greece. The restaurant next to the hotel serves very good and authentic Greek food. But the main reason for scoring Kamvissis hotel so highly is the genuine warmth and kindness of Sophia the manager. Highly recommended

A wonderful location, though some of the residents might not be the sharpest. The area offers a plethora of delicious yet affordable food choices. The blend of mountains and sea gives this place a unique charm. Make sure to sample all dishes featuring eggplants.

Leonidio is a rock climbing place but it is also a lovely town. You need to go into the middle of the town to enjoy it, and it is not really near the sea. We prefered Poulithra which is just along the coast from Leonidio.

Leonidio is an attractive place for climbers and people who love the beach. It is also a great place for people who just look for a relaxing beautiful environment. The local people are VERY welcoming and warm. They will help you with anything you need. There are many options to walk in the area or take a short drive to the villages nearby. The smell of the orange and lemon trees is filling the air wherever you go. If you want to do some good you can volunteer to take stray dogs for a walk. The food is fresh and great and the cost is very reasonable. The narrow alleys are not easy to drive in but the local people have their way of dealing with that. They give a short honk at the beginning of each narrow road and the drivers are waiting for them to leave the alley so they can drive through it. This arrangement is so beautiful to see, they are so relaxed and kind to each other. The buildings are a mix of old and new but everything is SO CLEAN. There isn't a piece of paper on the ground. Make sure to have breakfast at the Kasseta bar and return later for a drink. Giannis is a the coolest kindest barman. Check out the metal artist I missed. Loved Leonidio so much.....if you didn't get it by now :-)

We weren't there because od climbing as it's typical for this place, but this place is very beatiful only for walking through the town and relax at cafes. This small town has genius loci. You can meet old man with komboi at the restaurants.

We spent six nights at this lovely hotel and were consistently impressed by the high standard of hospitality throughout our stay. The breakfast was delicious , featuring fresh and locally sourced ingredients. The staff were exceptional in their professionalism and attentiveness, always available to assist with efficiency and warmth. The town, with its unique charm and welcoming atmosphere, proved to be a delightful destination, made even more enjoyable by the outstanding support provided by the hotel team.

Great location overlooking the Myrtoan sea. One minute walk to the beach where you can find some shade under the trees and walk over nice pebbles to the clear sea water for a swim. After a good swim and sun soak walk across the pebbles to Myrtoon restaurant for some fantastic Greek food and fish. The hotel is very clean with good amenities and the staff friendly and helpful.

An excellent top-level place, with outstanding facilities, and unbelievable views towards the sea. The hotel is new and obviously will keep improving due to a high professional attitude of the couple who manage it. very nice people that are always wheeling to help in advice with regard to recommended places in the area. More than a hotel—this is a small dream castle. Everything was perfect, from the beautiful atmosphere to the exceptional hospitality. The staff are simply the best: warm, attentive, and genuinely caring. They made our stay truly unforgettable. We can’t wait to come back!
