Natura Boutique Luxury Hotel is located in Loutrákion of Skopelos and features an elegantly decorated restaurant, an on-site bar, a spa and a fitness center. The hotel is beautiful and everyone is extremely friendly and helpful! They provide a great breakfast every morning with a beautiful view by the water!
Sea View is located in Loutraki, 164 feet from Loutraki beach and 16 mi from Skopelos Town. Each room features air-conditioning and includes a private bathroom equipped with a shower. Well I only paid about £40 for the night so if I'm honest I wasnt expecting much at all but it was lovely. Spacious room, little kitchenette, sea view with balcony and working air conditioning. It genuinely exceeded my expectations and the owner was a lovely man. Kind enough to leave what he was doing to come and check me in even though it was booked only an hour before. I left early so didn't get a chance to thank him so I hope he reads this.
Family-run Hotel Selenunda is among pine trees 165 ft from the beach of Loutraki in Skopelos. It offers self-catered accommodations with a furnished balcony overlooking the Aegean Sea. I absolutely loved this place. Sitting at the balcony overlooking the quiet port and arriving ferries was quite a way to relax. It is a beautiful place to watch sunsets. It may be not obvious but there is a direct way through the buildings below the hotel to the beach. I liked much white and brown colors of the spacious studio. I have been travelling a lot for many years. That place will stay at the top of the relatively long list of my former places for sure. I will come back there one day hopefully with my wife or friends.
Aegean Wave offers panoramic sea views from its lovely sun terrace. This charming hotel is just 656 feet from the sea and features free Wi-Fi and free private parking facilities. Antónios and his wife welcomed up with a smile and a drink. We enjoyed the drink while we were checked in. The hosts were very informative about the town and the surroundings. On our last day they offered us a late checkout which was welcomed. They were super hosts! The suite was comfortable and had all the necessary amenities.
Pansion Platana is located on the edge of Glossa Town and a 5-minute drive from the beach. This quiet, family-run hotel offers simple rooms with private balconies, air conditioning and TV. Eleni is an amazing person, very helpful and super nice. she even offered us hand picked apricots from the garden. no false advertisement, everything is as they look on the pictures, if not better 💙
Perched on a green hill, Rania Studios is located in Loutraki Village of Skopelos, within 984 feet from the pebbled beach. Rania was very helpful and collected me from the port after being delayed. Great service. Absolutely fantastic rooms. Cannot fault it. I will be back again when I visit.
Located in Loutraki, within 1.8 miles of Spilia Beach, Yalee Grandpa's House offers accommodations with air conditioning. Was quiet but shops and tavernas were within walking distance. Was big enough to feel a little like home, not just holiday accommodation. Hosts kind and interested in us. Brought lovely cooking to share with us. We were able to stay in some nights and cook for ourselves plus watch DVDs we had brought. 15 to 30 minute drive to some really lovely beaches (eg Armenopetra and Perivoliou. A 4WD was good for accessing beaches and made parking at apartment up steep narrow lanes simple.
Skopolos was beautiful, probably our favourite Greek island. There were however much better beaches with better restaurants further down the coast. Transfers from Skiathos are easy and the bus service to several excellent beaches and skopolos town is very reliable
The port of Loutrakion is small but Glossa is really worth visiting. There are a lot of small streets where you can get amazing sea views and can wander around the houses on the hill side. A couple of very lovely taverns and shops, a lot of supermarkets as well. Definitely recomend this area if you’re looking for a quiet area with great views!
Lovely port with nice, village feel to it. Although its a port, the ferries are only arriving a few times a day. Seven restaurants in the village were open when we were there (early June) serving Pizzas and snacks to Fish Restaurants we visited most and the food was excellent, as was the service and staff, Artemis Taverna was our favorite, providing local food with daily specials. Try the baked feta and the grilled 'shrimp' with the Skopelos Cream Pie to follow. Superb. You will need a taxi to get to Glossa in the summer months - too hot to walk, we walked it once - 67 flights of stairs later!! We did take the long way up though, easy to walk back down. Small, but well stocked Supermarket. Nice clean natural beaches, lots of small coves along the waterfront, clear water, great for snorkeling. Lovely friendly people. Lots of villas dotted around, car would be essential if you were using self catering. Ferry tickets are available from the ticket office, ferries are very easy to use to get to Skopelos main town and Skiathos Island. Taxi rank if you don't have a car - take a card for use throughout your stay if you don't hire a car you can just call and they will drop you off/collect you - we used Giannis and he was brilliant. Cost about 40 euros to go to Skiathos one way by taxi. Its a small island so you are only about 20 minutes maximum from the main organised beaches. The bus service is also excellent, the times on the bus stands are the times the bus leaves Loutrakis. They are a bit confusing. Will definitely return.
I wasn’t that impressed with Loutraki. The reason I choose to stay there was to have easy asses to the port. In hindsight I would have preferred to have stayed in Glossa (~25min walk) up the hill a bit a taxi to the port from there.
Stunning location up on the hill over Loutraki port, with great views. It was within walking distance up the hill from the small town with restaurants and the sea, for swimming. And the bed was comfortable. There was also air-conditioning, which was a blessing in the heat. The owners are lovely and friendly people. Fresh linen and towels were provided every 2nd day.
The hotel was so close to the port that it only took a few minutes to walk there. We had rooms with balconies facing the sea. The views were great. The town is very small but has everything you need for a short stay, lovely restaurants, shops, cafes a few shops, a beach. The owner was very friendly and helpful.
The studio is big and has a breathtaking view of Glossa port. The owners were kind and really helpful for all our needs. It is close to the centre of Loutraki where you can find everything. The rooms are well furnished and well equipped and it is totally quiet at night.
Very clean and cozy property , specious , very close to Loutraki port , everything in a walking distance. Glossa also very close with an amazing view . Mr Chris and Mrs Georgia the nicest people we ever met !! Very helpful and informative in everything !
We had a huge balcony with a splendid view. The room was very nice and obviously the owners had paid a lot of attention to details. All good! Breakfast was great and the bed was super comfy. I really recommend this hotel!
Perfect , best hotel,staff.
