I spent 3 nights at this hotel and everything was absolutely spotless. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped, with everything I needed. The included breakfast was generous, varied, and delicious. The pool was a lovely bonus, perfectly positioned to enjoy the sun. The location is ideal: close to the town center, surrounded by shops, and within walking distance to the beach. Parking was easy and convenient. They provided everything needed for a comfortable beach day, which was a thoughtful touch. But what truly made my stay unforgettable was the warm and attentive welcome from the staff ! especially Fiorella, the receptionist. She’s a radiant, kind-hearted person who went above and beyond to make my stay special. She gave me personalized recommendations based on the kind of places I wanted to visit, and even did extra research to help me discover hidden gems. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing, well-located, and genuinely welcoming stay in Crete! :)

Very nice apartment and close enough for a short walk to the kissimos centre while being far enough away to be quiet. The pool is excellent.

The hotel was superb, with the most friendly hosts I've met ever. You'll find literally everything you'll need for beach relaxation: travel information, fruits, sunscreen, beach umbrella, beach towel, volleyball, books, toys, etc. And the ladies cleaned up the room so well. The location is 9 min walk to the busstation and 7 min walk to SYNKA, where you can purchase neccessities with local prices. Definitely a 10 of 10, especially considering the reasonable prices of the stay. Wish the ladies all the best.

Value for money is superb! A short walk gets you to the main square with restaurants and shops. 5-10 minutes away by car to Kissamos port if you're taking a boat trip. Staff is super friendly and helpful with recommendations. Clean hotel with a nice pool, and parking is available at the back. We got a pool view and it was quiet.

This Family run Hotel is a really good find.Everything was just perfect. The Family and staff were exceptional.They certainly understand the meaning of service. Were quick to repond to any communication, friendly and couldnt do enough for their guests .A full buffet breakfast ,(eat as much as you want,)was offered daily with such a wide choice.The, food was excellent.The Hotel is right on the beach so you ate out on the patio every morning. One step off the patio they have umbrellas and lounging chairs on the beach that belong to the Hotel. Rooms were clean ,well furnished and towels were changed daily. We were sad to leave this small Hotel and its Owner, Family and Staff. Short walk to Kissamos Waterfront,but to get the full benefit of staying in this town you need a car to get around unless you only want to relax at the Hotel and pop into Town
