Everything was great! This is our second stay at Lilium Luxury Suites and definitely not the last. The suites are situated in a close proximity to the beach and restaurant. The shop where you can buy everything you need is just downstairs. The staff is very helpful and nice. And the room itself if very clean, spacious and contains all the commodities you need during the stay.

Very good service. The cleaning was perfect. Also we had all inlcusive stay and the food quality and quantiti was in high level. I was thrilled by the helpfulness and Courtesy of the staff at the restaurant. The Madame tha was supervising at the restaurant was brilliant. Very nice place to stay, location is very close to Chania old town. 4 beaches, park and nice restaurants around ! Incredibly helpful staff and the owner of the place very welcoming. Rooms are very spacious and beautiful. Beds are extremely comfortable and breakfast is fantastic!

Arrived at 2 am and left at 2 pm the same day. Excellent handling of our uncomfortable check-in/check-out times. Breakfast was great, gym was nice, wifi worked well. Room was big, AC worked excellent, good drying solution on balcony etc. etc. Didn't see too much of the gardens and pool area but it all looked beautiful. Pre-booked transfer from Chania for 55 euros (2 ppl)

The location of the hotel is perfect. There is free parking at the front. The hotel is only a 2 minute walk away from the sea and the Yannis beach, which I would recommend if you don't want to drive to some of the popular beaches. The staff was very polite and extremely helpful. The room was perfectly clean and was cleaned every day. The food at the restaurant was tasty and seemed fresh. The reception staff (George and Giannis) took the time to guide us through the map of Chania and Crete, recommending us good restaurants, cocktail bars, beaches and other places to visit. The breakfast was very rich, tasty and diverse. I highly recommend renting a car and visiting the Falassarna beach.
