It was a perfect hotel, lovely room very delicious food and quiet forest around!

Amazing room, we got free upgrade to superior room. Very modern and cosy stay, friendly staff. Thank you🌸

The staff were incredible, so welcoming and friendly and gave great advice on restaurants and places to go. The hotel itself was beautiful, great facilities and the breakfast each morning was great. The hotel was very clean and our room was cleaned daily. The pool area was very nice and the sunlloungers were very comfortable. The woman cooking breakfast would explain each of the dishes she had cooked that morning and every morning she made different options so it was varied and of great quality. Thanks George and Michaelis for making our stay so memorable.

Everything was perfect The staff is very - very helpful and extremely kind Thak you for everything!

Great location, within walking distance to the old town. Option of pool area for all or for adults only, also same options available for dining area.

Great location 2minutes from the beach and 10min walk to Old Town. Good few cafes near by for quick bites and a supermarket as well. Dora and the team were amazingly kind, hospitable + informative about anything needed. There's a cozy rooftop jacuzzi pool to wind down and enjoy the evenings. Comfy, spacious and very modern rooms with a safe to keep personal items when you go exploring. Great place, great stay

Amazing both location and employes

The staff facilities food pool location cleanliness. Superb highly recommended Nice restaurants bars nearby. Shopping goid. Excursions brilliant

A luxurious renovated hotel in Rethymno ‘s beach side. I really loved the style and the minimal vibe. I only stayed one night because it was a business trip but I really enjoyed it and relaxed. The stuff was excellent kind and very helpful during my stay I totally recommend 😍

We were very satisfied with our stay. The hotel is nice, the breakfast is good and the location is excellent. Above all, the friendly and cordial staff make me recommend the hotel to others. If you want to visit Rethymno, come here.

Excellent breakfast with a variety of local and continental options, great location and clean facilities! The location was perfect as it was a short walk to the harbour. A recommendation for the restaurant Nostos nearby! The beach front was beautiful and even tho the hotel was by the road, you could not hear any traffic noice in the room. We did not have time to try the beach, but there were comfy looking sunbeds and complimentary sandwiches available privately to the hotel guests. A great one night stay during our trip to Crete <3

Everything was beautiful, the room was always clean, the breakfast was great and the staff were very kind and helpful. Beach bar Sor was also amazing with great coffee and cocktails. If I ever come to Crete again I would definitely stay at Batis.

Everything was great! Friendly staff, nices views, great breakfast. We loved it!

The hotel is in a fantastic location, just a short walk from Rethymno's public beach and local markets. In about 20 minutes, you can easily reach the old town and the harbor area. The staff is incredibly friendly and always ready to help. We stayed on a bed-and-breakfast basis and loved the fresh, varied breakfast each morning. The rooms are spacious, clean, and modern. The hotel also has a spa area and a pool, alongside a restuarant and a bar. Also, the hotel area is safe. We would gladly return for summer 2025!

The breakfast was excellent with some many different choices to choose from. Tasty breads, eggs in different ways and other cooked breakfast goodies, yummy cakes, fruits. You could ask for special coffees and frappes at breakfast without extra charge. The staff was so friendly and helpful and always smiling, they all made you feel really welcome. The rooms and communal areas were very clean. There was always space by the pool, and it was good that throughout the day there always are sunny and also shady areas by the pool. Pool towels were free of charge and for a beach towel you pay 2 euros. Great location a minute walk from the beach promenade with shops and restaurants and 15-20 minute walk to Rethymnon old town. I would definitely stay in this hotel again.

Great position near to the beach but also near to the old city Very clean, staff very nice, the owners are nice people, ready to help and to give advaces Everything is top

Everything was great. Mary is the nicest person. She is very thoughtful. Thank you!

Amazing location, beautiful and spotlessly clean hotel, with such a lovely atmosphere. The sweetest staff in the world, we loved every minute of our stay and would happily book here again anytime. The lovely lady at the reception (who was always looking so beautiful), Thanos who made the beach days amazing, and the gentleman working at the bar, during the evenings, whose name we unfortunately don’t know (but who always smiled at us), were our absolute favourites. But truly, everyone working there made this one-week stay even more special. The breakfast was perfect as well, delicious cocktails and food all day. Thank you so much for everything! Merci & William 🥰

Very good location, right next to the beach. Close to the old city center. Hotel with 2 outdoor and 1 indoor swimming pools. Large room, with a balcony and a sea view. Comfortable, large bed. Very clean. Comfortable bathroom. A bottle of wine and a capsule coffee machine in the room were a nice addition. Very good breakfast. Very good and polite service. If I can, I will also choose this hotel next time.

Big breakfast, best location, nice and friendly staff

Location is amazing, staff are all so wonderful. I would go back in a heartbeat.
