The location is amazing , just in front of the sea with great sun-beds and free for us ! Very good food and the staff is 5*

The room was incredibly wide and had a private pool. All the staff is so kind and careful to any need. Breakfast is excellent, very rich and varied.

I recently stayed at the Hotel and had a fantastic experience. The staff of the hotel were friendly and welcoming,made you feel like home. The room was clean and comfortable and the amenities were top-notch. There is a pool area that you can relax and drink your coctail. In general the hotel's atmosphere was relaxing and rejuvanating but most of all , the staff were very helpful and gave me info about Rethymno city. Would definately stay here again and recommend to friends

Facilities, beach club and spacious room

Excellent hotel, second time visiting, hotel staff were exceptional, always helpful and really gave us the 5* experience! Will definitely be back! My family and I loved everything about the hotel. 10/10!

We had a very enjoyable stay. The hotel is in a great location, right by the beach, with a nice and relaxing atmosphere. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the pool area was very pleasant, and the hotel was a great base for exploring Crete. We also enjoyed the food and the overall all-inclusive experience. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, very good value and a place we would happily return to.

This hotel exceeded our expectations! When we first arrived we felt a little out of place but we were immediately greeted with a smile and were made to feel very welcomed and at home. We couldn’t have asked for any better treatment from all of the staff whether this was from reception, waitresses/waiters to housekeeping. I would recommend this hotel for anyone thinking about it. Also as an addition, Hazel in the restaurant area was super helpful when it came to my food intolerances and I really appreciated her checking in her being available for any of my questions

Nice rooms, recommend presidential suites in the main building. Swimming pools were very nice, not crowded and noisy as in many hotels. Good food and wine, excellent dinners at the beach included in halfboard. Sandy beach was wild and beautiful with cozy belibeds and lots of bars in walking distance. With kids more than comfortable, still time to relax.

Beautiful design, organized, amazing pools and areas for adults & kids.

The room was clean. The balcony and the view from it was lovely. A good choice of food on the breakfast buffet.

Best adult hotel in Crete, amazing..

The staff of the hotel is very friendly, the hotel is nice, its buildings are shattered on a very nice green space. The beach is good, the entrance in the water also very nice. Hotel room was alright, not very new, but also not old. Everything was functional. We booked a family room which had also an intermediate door. Staff was very helpful when needed. There were a lot of tourists, but most of them were German, so it was quiet and peaceful altogether.

Everyone was friendly, was a beautiful room and view. 10 min drive from Rethymno town but a street still with a selection of places to eat. More authentic and out style

Where to begin… stunning accomodation and grounds. We stayed in the ground floor suite with the ‘cellar’ ceiling in the bedroom which was beautiful, romantic and cosy. The pool is equally exquisite. The setting and the town spectacular in its beauty.
