Lovely hotel in a central location. Oia was about 45mins on a motorbike. You definitely needed transport as the local buses were seldom. Hotel helped get a bike hire for 3 days which was great. Breakfast was ok and had a selection for all choices. Not very fresh and just cooked and left in the bayermarie! Room was small but nice. Old though and disappointing for the price - expected better.
You have to get taxis or buses to Fira or close towns but that's fine if you're looking for a place that's quiet and relaxing. There isn't a hotel bar so bear that in mind if you like a nightcap before going to bed! I enjoyed the peace so it wasn't a problem. There is a supermarket 5 minutes walk so you can get drinks for the room fridge.
Close to ferry terminal,if you are arriving late. On bus line. Not too expensive to take a taxi. They left us a key at check in, as we arrived at 3 a.m. Allowed a late check out, and provides breakfast. Also, Thannasi helped us locate our next hotel we had booked, and dropped us off there! Thank you!!😇
Such a great place to base yourself , you can rent a car only 50 meters from hotel if you want or the bus service is regular and modern and costs 1.80 euro to get to town. Restaurants just close to hotel in fact the best one was only about 20 meters down the hill had the best meal there. The island is full of great things to do , walks beaches wine tours sailing we did them all.
Pyrgos is located around 15 minutes to the center of Fira. Even though is ok if you want to go the beach, I mean if you see the map is like in the center of Fira and the most popular beaches (Perivolos and Perisa) . Particularly, I really enjoy driving around the island and is very easy and simple to drive there. By the way the staff of the hotel Skyfall Suites recommend me a beach that my mum loved is a very exclusive beach but it was beautiful and different named Exo Giales Kanakari (Aegialos)
There are advantages and disadvantages to any particular location on the island but Pyrgos has a pretty good balance. Plenty of good restaurants (we actually chose Pyrgos in order to return to our favorite restaurant in Greece: Penelope's). A short bus or taxi ride to either Fira or the South-East beaches. Not far from the majority of Santorini's wineries (walkable for fit hikers). You can stay in Pyrgos and still see the island with a few days and a number of bus and/or taxi rides.
Pyrgos
Fabulous setting, views, villas, beds, and staff near what is probably the best village on Santorini. Very friendly helpful Theodosia speaks excellent English and met us with big hugs. We had 3 generations, 6 adults and 4, 8-10 year olds, in 2 villas, one slept 4, one 6. Larger had its own jacuzzi and between the 2 buildings is a lovely shared pool. Kids had a ball! Plenty of free parking at villas. Pyrgos is a fairly long walk, or short drive away with nice shops, good restaurants ((even a surprisingly good Mexican one in case you need a break from Greek). Also a (again surprisingly good) bakery, but go early, they sell out the best stuff! Parking in Pyrgos not always easy, but ok. We also liked the NST caldera/volcano/hot springs/Therassia cruise on a large wooden boat (only about 30E adults 17E children) The kids rode the mules/donkeys in Pyrgos. Great guy, no wait or crowds, less steep , more cute. They loved it

We only stayed 2 nights here after spending 10 nights in Imerovigli which was wonderful with great views so didn’t no what to expect! All I can say..is Luna Santorini Suites where stunning! Amazing properties there are 4 suites we had the Canava suite...it was beautiful! Very spacious, a fantastic development of an old winery..we also had a terrace upstairs with hot tub with amazing views of the island and the sunset!! It’s on top of a hill, so anyone with walking difficulties may have a problem as you need to walk uphill, but it’s worth it! The greeting staff were very friendly and helpful! Especially Elizabeth thank you for a lovely end of holiday experience 🙏🏻🇬🇷💙

The place was very nice, me and my wife loved it. It was the first time we came to Santorini, we loved the manager and especially the house keeper (Maria) we loved her company. She was amazing, very friendly and the service was amazing. We really enjoyed it, as it was our honeymoon. Maria has been amazing and we also enjoyed her breakfast as well.. she has been amazing in guiding us all about santorini. Thank you very much everyone.

The property had all the amenities and it is very private. We really enjoyed our stay. Make sure you rent a car because it is not close to any public transport. However, it was clearly communicated to us and they also arranged a meeting point to help us find the property. Highly recommended.

We lived our time at Nova. Staff were friendly, welcoming, and always available. The facilities are spacious and incredibly well maintained. Breakfast was second to none, and above restaurant quality in taste and presentation. We will definitely be staying again.
The staff were AMAZING! Yorgos was exceptional! Have to thank the rest of the receptionists too! Also the cleaners were very friendly! The chef & waiter/waitress were very friendly & lovely people. I will definitely be coming back to this hotel

Santorini is really busy but you would not know it staying here. A little bit out of the way but easy to get to, quiet, well appointed, staff were great with advice and looking after us, nothing was too much to ask. And of course the great sunrises.
Everything was perfect the room, the view, service and hospitality we enjoyed so much and the staff were amazing it was our honeymoon and they decorated the room for us with some welcome drinks and chocolates
