Everything regarding this hotel is more than excellent . Perfect location with breathtaking views to the harbour of kassiopi. Large and modern room with all amenities needed. Excellent breakfast, multiple varieties made with fresh ingredients. Then.. the staff .. all of them were extremely polite and helpful, always smiling , even though they were working really hard , I would like to thank them all especially Gina.

Great location, georgeous gardens, lovely staff, nice breakfast served until 11. The only thing - really an English club style, so very quiet and more for 55+ people... we arrived with tattoes and motorbikes and I felt like in Dirty Dancing movie 😂😂😂

Excellent hotel. We stayed here at the end of September, so it was not too crowded. Price was very fair and competitive and included breakfast. We got an additional discount from Booking.com. We liked the room and the hotel facilities, and especially Maria and Erika the receptionists, that are both very helpful, charming and responsive. They have helped us with a verity of issues during our stay. Breakfast is great. We were surprised to find out that the prices of the hotel restaurant are comparable and competitive to other restaurants in the area. So we strongly recommend exploring it.

Honestly, I have read so many negative comments and was expecting much worse. So let me start: Food - whoever is saying food is “acceptable “ and “not many choices” and they were bored with it, excuse me, but those people probably the ones who has eaten monotonous food at theirs home for the entire life and expecting black caviars for such a ridiculous price of all inclusive. What else do you need???We have stayed for a WEEK and the soups were different every day. Breakfasts are pretty same but you have everything: porridge, 3 types of eggs, HUGE variety of desserts even for breakfast, great variety of fruits, sausages, bacon, vegetables, so you can literally adjust yourself and eat every morning smth different. You can make toasts, you have pancakes. Lunch: you can choose either to have it on a beach( you have a menu with choices so you can order), we were eating typical greek food and it’s was that delicious that we were taking same options every day and we were not fed up with that because of excellent quality and taste especially of meat. But you can also go to the restaurant where you have breakfast and enjoy the variety of 4 different pasta, french fries, potatoes, fish, meat (different every day!) grilled vegetables , lots of different salads, fruits and sweets. I agree that juices are not that tasty however you still have choices of soda, water, coffee, tea. Let me also highlight the professionalism of hotel staff. We arrived at midnight and we were still offered to eat some leftovers from dinner, like soup, some fruits and other snacks. It was a pleasant gesture. During lunch/dinner, waiters were always approaching us asking if we want some wanter. It was always someone next to us paying attention to dirty dishes to be taken from tables. We haven’t faced any issues with lack of space during Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner however we were staying in the middle of season. Cleaning of rooms: every day, also we were getting a water in a room every day.

Absolutely loved our stay at the hotel. The staff was extremely friendly and helped us out when we made a very stupid mistake with our booking. The location is a little away from a busy street, which makes it nice an quiet to sleep at night. Location wise its a great place to stay to explore the north side of the island (our favorite beach was Avlaki beach) and there are multiple restaurants nearby. The hotel also serves great Gin & Tonics at the pool bar. I would highly recommend the stay here!

Everything! From the room to the facilities, the food, and the services offered , everything was perfect. This is one of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed at. The proof is that we didn’t even want to leave the resort (which is very rare for us). We were completely satisfied with everything provided, and our son had the best time especially because the on-site animals and the kids’ club kept him happily entertained

We stayed in the honeymoon suite during our stay in Lena Mare. One of the best places I’ve ever stayed in. The room was amazing, the jacuzzi worked perfectly, they even gave us complementary welcome drink. The staff is really amazing and helpful. The one thing I liked was they even made sure to pack us breakfast if we had early morning excursions. The location is quite close to the beach and has good supermarkets around. I will definitely love to come back again to this place. Everything was perfect!

Everything. Great resort, good position in the North with stunning view of the Albanian mountains. Magnificent variety of food all inclusive. Very friendly staff. lovely pool area and small beach next to it. Brilliant value.
