We just returned today from a week in this lovely house and we couldn’t be happier. The house is very new, clean, and exactly as shown in the pictures. It’s peaceful and private, which made our stay very relaxing. The swimming pool was definitely one of the highlights. Having a car is highly recommended to explore the area and to go out for dinner. The house is located very close to the town center — within just a few minutes' drive we found great restaurants every day. There's also a supermarket nearby, which made it easy to prepare our own breakfast and lunch. Overall, we had a fantastic week and would definitely recommend staying here!

A nice quiet part of Kos island…just right enough to be peaceful while at the same time not very far from the main parts of Kos town and some lovely beach spots. I would recommend using a car to stay at this property. Very well equipped apartment. Would happily stay here again.

First of all, the host made such lovely gestures. At our arrival, he had prepared a little surprise with wine and fruit for us. He picked us up from the ferry pier, and when we left, he sent us off with a small gift again. Throughout our holiday, it felt like paradise in the house — both the view and the pool were wonderful, and everything was spotlessly clean. The location is not too far from the center, just about five minutes by car. We highly recommend it. Yeliz & Toros

in a wonderful atmosphere, with kind and professional staff, the best place to recharge your batteries. Not crowded at the pool, there were always free deckchairs. The reception was very helpful. They helped with booking boat trips and car rental. The rooms were spacious and clean. We had an extremely good time.

I only stayed one night at Mosay Hotel and everything was perfect. Watching the sunrise from my sea-view balcony was magical, and the complimentary wine and cake in the room were such thoughtful touches. I absolutely loved the architectural design of hotel. Every detail feels curated with care. Dinner on the terrace was a highlight: menu, great service, and sipping prosecco as the sky turned dark. Can’t wait to come back!
