Very friendly staff, beds very comfy! Location was ideal 👌🏻 it was lovely to receive a fruit plate to the room after arriving!

Amazing experience. Really a wonderful Hotel. The staff is super friendly, the hotel is pratically on the beach and it is into a marvellous garden. The breakfast is very good. You can rent bikes and cars directly in hotel. Near the hotel there are 2 supermarkets. The location is fantastic because with the bikes you can arrive everywhere. I strongly recommend the PALM BEACH HOTEL.

Clean, central but quite. The staff is positive, smiling, friendly and helpful. Beds and pillows were very comfy. Bathroom is clean and nice. Hope to stay again :) Thank you so much. Love :)))

The cleanliness and location was great. All of the staff are very friendly and helpful if I had any questions. The pool is beautiful and a welcome respite on a hot day. The complimentary breakfast was delicious too.

We really liked the hotel. The reception staff always responded online and also arranged a timely airport transfer. We had a great sea view and wonderful, fresh, delicious breakfasts. Everything else was great!

Lovely seafront location on great island of Kos the strength of this hotel is its staff everyone working together for a great experience for the guests could single out so many from each department but there is no I in team and you all make it work wonderfully

Great hotel, lovely staff. Up a hill but they run a shuttle bus from the bottom every 10 minutes ALL day long :-) Food was tasty, varied and hot. Entertainment was fun and quality. Pool, and communal areas were kept clean. Rooms are big.

We have spent four nights at the hotel and it was wonderful. We got a free upgrade to Junior and the room was really cozy and comfortable, with a view - to the inner garden with the pool - from the balcony. The food was heavenly; the number of the options, and the taste, oh my god - especially the honey roasted sweet potatoes :) The staff was also super kind and helpful, and one of the animators even played waterpolo with us. :) For me it's a guaranteed return when I am back in Kos again. My only problem was that we had to return to Austria :)

Awesome location to Kos Old town and the port. Right across from the beach. Rooms very clean and lots of space. Amazing selection at the breakfast buffet. Would recommend this accomodation.

this hotel is best one in centrum!!! if you consider to visit harbour and central located relics, this is best option!!

Great location. Super close to town and the Ferry port. Staff were helpful including organising us a breakfast to take when we had an early ferry. Clean and comfy room

This is my second stay here. The hotel's location is excellent, very close to the harbor and beach. Everything you need is in the room, and the balcony has a view of the harbor and castle. We had a wonderful time, even if it was just for one night. The receptionist, Mr. Kostas, was very helpful and very polite. Thank you.
