Akis’ and his family have really put their heart and soul into making Psathi beach a beautiful and welcoming place to stay. The rooms are simple but have everything you need for a long or short stay and the beach is really quiet and beautiful- it’s one of the best beaches on the island to escape the party crowd. Depending on the season there is a bus to take you into town or the port but if you plan to move around / see the island, it’s definitely worth hiring a car as schedules are limited. However for complete relaxation, you don’t need to move at all - perhaps just walk to the lovely taverna up the road for a meal and then back to your sunbed.

The staff in this hotel are second to none. The lovely couple running the hotel collected us and another couple who arrived by ferry at the port and brought us to the hotel. The lady at reception couldn't have been more helpful. The pool was deeper and bigger than appears in pictures and the pool area looks directly over the main village. The location is ideal, being near the chora yet far enough away that it was nice and quiet. I would happily recommend this hotel to anyone and the only minor caveat I would add would be to note that the hotel rests near the top of a medium incline but it looks more challenging than it is.... but if hills, steps etc aren't for you then Ios probably isn't the right destination for you

I highly recommend to book the room with the jet tube on the balcony, especially off-season. It is very private and relaxing in the jacuzzi is so comfortable! The staff is very friendly and helpful. It felt like a private spa. Off-season price was very affordable for the amount of luxury you get.

Location is quite nice, walking distance of 10-15 minutes from the port. So if you plan to go near the area of port its perfect!! Special thanks to the host (staff) who did everything for our stay to be perfect!! They were super nice, they even helped out in ordering from restaurant, offered to take us to the port so we didnt have to worry about a thing! The hotel has its own sunbeds on the beach which is free for hotel guests. It's perfect for families, the sea is quite shallow so its very safe for those who dont know swimming. They also have their beach bar so all you need to do is stay on the beach for whole day and consume their delicious beverages/meals.

We stayed first in a smaller room which was great, good views light and very comfortable, We moved due to staying longer than first planned, to a much larger room with great views. Very clean, comfortable, large shower, great coffee facilities. Excellent balcony area. Great air conditioning, Fabulous breakfast with a good choice of products. Amazing location close to bus stops, mini markets, restaurants, bike hire, and of course an amazing clean beautiful beach. What a place..... Ferries very easy to use as well as local buses. Do take a bike ride the roads are not very busy the views are breathtaking.
