Very nice family run place, right next to sea, walking distance to the beach, simple but good breakfast and very nice restaurant on site for dinner. Everyone was friendly and helpfull. Not a kind of luxury place, but it has everything you need for beautiful and quiet stay in Karpathos.

It feels like a home. 2 lovely ladies ( mum and daughter ) running the hotel which makes it a place with personal service where they remember your name and make sure you are happy. I felt really welcome and it felt like “home” during my solo trip to greece.

Lovely owners, beautiful location with views, and had everything we needed. There is a very good taverna a walk away. The location is handy with a car as most places such as beaches and villages are all within a 5 min to 40 mins drive. Laundry facilities and parking are very useful.

The property enjoys a prime location near the most beautiful beaches and is about 40 minutes approx from Pigadia, the main town. Additionally, a delightful cove with crystal-clear water is within walking distance (the path down is a bit rugged but manageable—sneakers are recommended). The house is well-appointed, super cleaned, equipped with every comfort, and includes daily cleaning. Zoe, the owner, is lovely and was incredibly kind and welcoming.

We had such a lovely time at Lux View Villas. Great location and the Villa was extremely comfortable, very clean (with daily cleanings) and the best is definitely the pool and the view, something very special. We also rented their very new electric car which was great too. 10/10! Thank you Tina
