Really like the staff and receptionist who was very kind and friendly, showing us the whole area and walking us to to our room. Breakfast was very good. Pools were clean and fun.

The rooms were immaculately clean and comfortable. Great shower and lovely white towels and bedding. A/C is excellent! Great location right on the strip but lovely and quiet at night. Fab host 👌🏽

I like everything in Koni village.The staff were very kind , we could stay and eat the lunch and take drinks after checking out , they are generous .the sea is about 10 min walk .we could eat check in earlier and eat lunch .

We spent 4 wonderful days in this hotel. Very kind staff, always smiling, everyone wants to help. The rooms are clean, cleaned every day, the room has everything you need. The location is excellent, 5 minutes to the beach. All praise and recommendations for the hotel and staff. I hope to see you again next year

We have truly wonderful memories of this hotel. The whole family is incredibly hospitable, and you can really feel that everything they do, they do with heart. It's clear they genuinely want their guests to feel welcome and comfortable. The rooms are very clean, as is the area around the hotel. The beach is right next to the property, and there was almost always space available on the sun loungers by the pool. The whole surrounding area is very pleasant and peaceful. We also traveled to other parts of Crete, but this place remained our favorite by far. Thank you once again for all your kindness and for providing us with everything we needed during our stay.

We had such a lovely time at Cactus Beach and felt really at home throughout our stay. The whole team in the restaurant was fantastic and so friendly, but we have to say—the food was the absolute star of the show! We were honestly treated to so many divine flavors every single day. A huge thank you to everyone for making our holiday so delicious and pleasant. We truly enjoyed every moment!

The rooms are spread around the gardens so lots of places to lay on beds. Has a village feel.

Our stay at Filia Luxury Suites was absolutely amazing. The residence is brand new, truly luxurious and spacious. There’s air conditioning in both rooms, and a huge terrace with a nice view of the garden with clementine and mandarin trees. You’ll find a kettle, a mini fridge, Nescafé, shower with shampoo and a hairdryer – even cotton pads, swabs, and tissues are provided. Bright white towels, beach towels, and slippers were prepared on our bed upon arrival. The mattresses were incredibly comfortable – we had a great night’s sleep every night. Cleaning, bed linen, and towel changes were done daily, which made our stay extra comfortable. The closest beach is cca. 500 metres, with sandy beach and water sports. Other bays are near by too. Every evening, Mr. Jorgos, the owner of the property and the chef, treated us to wonderful meals – a real highlight of our trip. Mr. Jorgos, Mrs. Argira, and Ms. Filia are the best hosts we’ve ever had the pleasure to meet. We had an unforgettable week and can’t wait to return as soon as possible!

Loved the location and facilities of the hotel, the adorable and kind staff and the vegetarian food.

We thank all the staff at the hotel, they were very warm and welcoming and always helped us when we needed their help. We thank the warm welcome of the person at the reception who was on the night shift. He was from Romania, as well as Mrs. Mariana, who took care of our comfort all the time. The women also uniquely cleaned our rooms, for which we thank you. The most beautiful thing was the view in the hotel. There was an incredible view of the beach. Thank you.

Had a fabulous time , the staff were great and loved the location . Room was lovely though not a sea view however was clean and short stroll to beach, bar and restaurant. So hoping can visit again next year.

We stayed for only 2 days, the hotel was recently renovated and furnished with a beautiful style, located a few meters from the sea, common areas of a good standard, as well as the pool area. As soon as we arrived at check in we went to the assigned room, as soon as we entered we noticed an unpleasant smell, we therefore reported it to the reception in a very polite and kind manner, but we noticed a slightly annoyed attitude on the part of the owner, in the end they assigned us another room where the same problem did not arise so we decided to change rooms. The room was very clean, and renovated down to the smallest detail, a lot The furnishings are also beautiful, the bathroom has also been renovated with a beautiful style.
