The room was clean, modern and comfortable. We really liked breakfast options - some traditional greece foods and also classic choices. The staff was very helpful and kind - they also helped us rent a car. The best thing was pool, free refill of water bottles opened all day long and view from balcony.

Our stay at this family owned hotel was wonderful. Nikos is a great host and super helpful with everything you might need: restaurants' suggestions and beaches to visit. We spent almost a week in June and the first few days were very windy at Kato Stalos and Nikos suggested us alternative beaches to visit to avoid the wind. The room (split level studio with sea view) has a stunning view to the sea, the island and the sunset. It is big enough for two adults and one child. It's clean and you can cook simple dishes in the little kitchen. The staff at this hotel is very kind, polite and family friendly. Our 7 year old daughter loved our stay at this hotel. The pool is very clean, facing the sea almost like an infinity pool and with salt water. We recommend this hotel 100% especially if you are traveling with kids. Supermarkets, pharmacy and several amenities are really close to the hotel. Also the bus stop to go to Chania is nearby. The beach and sea are very clean and simple and beautiful. Thanks to Phaedra Hotel for making such a great memory of our first time in Crete. We are looking forward to coming back.

Staff are very nice the rooms had everything I needed the pool area is lovely unfortunately the restaurant was closed but otherwise everything was perfect.

Nice,cozy hotel a little up to the hill( some days hard to climb😄). Rooms were clean,maybe needing some small repairs? But the weekcleaning worked perfectly,and the staff was very friendly. The view from our balcony was The Best❤️. Pool clean,but some tourists reserved sunbeds early with their towels and then disappeared for hours.Wasn' t nice. We fell in love with the Sweet Catgirl,who was fortunately welcomed to the poolarea,and noone chased her away( cause we love animals with my daughter🐈‍⬛).I promised to the nice barkeeper that we will try to save little Flower( we gave her a name😽)until the season is over,and find her a home in our homeland🇫🇮. We' ll be back ,some day!

Facilities were outstanding location great staff were brilliant Emillios as a porter was of the highest quality and had a brilliant manner with the guests. We have travelled extensively and very rarely come across such a wonderful employee. As a first impression you couldn’t get anyone better than Emillios. (I hope I have spelt his name correctly). The Greek restaurant with Alexandros as the guest chef was also outstanding and the hosts were amazing we had such a great event. The executive chef (sorry didn’t get his name) also does such an amazing job and treats his staff so well they clearly enjoy working with him and such results are first class. Dimitrios at breakfast each morning also runs a great service. Thank you to all the staff.

New and clean amenities, great location in a holiday town near Chania. Amazing breakfast.

Reception team gave us good recommendations of what’s worth seeing around. We loved the breakfasts by the morning buffet, kind and professional service always. Thank you Galini team-we are still daydreaming of our days with you.

The whole staff was super friendly and helpful. The room was nice and clean, and the view was amazing. Breakfast was also pretty good, and the hotel facilities were also great. Would recommend to anyone with or without children!

Location was amazing and close to Chania. The staff were the best part by far. Especially the reception like Georgia and the waiters were class too. Love this place and will visit again.

We had an amazing stay! Everything was perfect—from the beautiful, spotless room with a stunning panoramic view to the exceptional service. The location is excellent, within walking distance of many restaurants and just a few minutes from the bus stop to Chania. The airport is also only about a 25-minute drive away. We loved the delicious breakfast with plenty of variety each day. Housekeeping kept our room immaculate, restocked the complimentary snacks and minibar, and replaced both bath and beach towels daily. The beach experience was fantastic, with comfortable sunbeds, complimentary bottled water, and great lunch options. The evening entertainment, especially the karaoke nights, was a lot of fun.

The private sharing pool area at the new hotel building was amazing, im surprised they dont have any pictures of it yet as it would definitely convince more people to book, besides that, the pool bar, food and the staff were absolutely amazing, the hotel was also very clean Special thank you to the very kind and welcoming young lady who works at the night shift reception, as well as the pool bartenders, they were all amazing and made the stay more enjoyable, will definitely return in the future Aside from the hotel, the area was also amazing as its remote enough to not worry about your rental getting scratched but also right in the heart of agia marina with plenty of markets, stores and restaurants available by foot so you dont have to always drive to chania

Amazing location, next to many beach clubs and beautiful beaches. Breakfast was very good, even for sweet options! The staff was extremely kind - we asked to organised us a taxi from the airport and they took care of everything. Thanks a lot for the amazing stay!!❤️ The lady at the reception was very kind and helped us with all information. Very nice bedroom with beautiful balcony
