From the moment we arrived, everything was smooth and welcoming. The staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to help with anything we needed. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The food variety was impressive, especially during the themed dinners. It truly felt like a high-quality all-inclusive experience.

Unlike many resorts where the layout forces long walks to the shore, this property’s design—with buildings parallel to the coastline—ensures nearly all rooms are just steps away from the sand. We never had to hunt for a lounger because the beach is private to the hotel guests, and the convenience of stepping straight from the hotel onto the beach made our stay effortless. - The hotel’s modern, elegant design extends to its stunning pools and common areas, creating the perfect luxury vacation vibe. Every detail contributed to a serene and uplifting atmosphere, making it easy to unwind from the moment we arrived. We felt extremely relaxing and happy during our stay there thanks to the positive vibe of the hotel. - The dining area in the main restaurant of the hotel has a stunning view. We had dinner there and watching the sunset from the restaurant terrace was simply magical. - What truly set this hotel apart was its outstanding staff. From the warm welcome at check-in to the attentive service throughout our stay, the team went above and beyond. Iryna at reception was particularly remarkable—her hospitality left a lasting impression. Having stayed at two other 5-star hotels on this trip, we can confidently say this one had the friendliest and most professional staff of all. - The rooms are clean and modern, and we had nothing to complain.

Excellent place to go with your family

This was by far the best hotel we ever visited. All the staff members were extremely kind and made us feel so welcome. Their service was amazing and the atmosphere of the hotel was very calm and peaceful. Beautiful interior. The breakfast was delicious and they also served a great spicy margarita :)

The private sharing pool area at the new hotel building was amazing, im surprised they dont have any pictures of it yet as it would definitely convince more people to book, besides that, the pool bar, food and the staff were absolutely amazing, the hotel was also very clean Special thank you to the very kind and welcoming young lady who works at the night shift reception, as well as the pool bartenders, they were all amazing and made the stay more enjoyable, will definitely return in the future Aside from the hotel, the area was also amazing as its remote enough to not worry about your rental getting scratched but also right in the heart of agia marina with plenty of markets, stores and restaurants available by foot so you dont have to always drive to chania

Hotel se nalazi na mirnoj lokaciji svega 200 m od plaže Kalamaki. U blizini hotela nalaze se 4-5 restorana. Ispred hotela je autobusko stajalište, gde staje bus br.21 i prevoz je jako dobro organizovan. Osoblje hotela je jako ljubazno, a sobe su uredne i čiste.

The hotel staff makes this hotel special... warm welcome... feeling special from the start until the check out . They let us to take a shower near the pool on the last day .. that was important for us as we had a late flight . Thank you and well done hospitality minded 👏 the breakfast was nice on the terrace❤️
