I think the location is great because everything you need is very close. The place was clean and had everything you need. The terrace view was also great.

Large balcony with afternoon sun even in October, nice view of Mount Athos, very close to the beach, small supermarket closeby, helpful hosts.

The rooms are nice and big. The staff is friendly. I liked the location because it is not in the center of Sarti where it is crowded and noisy.

I recently stayed at this good apartment surrounded by lush trees, just a short walk from the beach. The location is perfect for a peaceful and relaxing getaway. The breakfast was delicious with a great variety, and the pool area was clean and inviting. Having parking on-site made everything so convenient. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a serene and enjoyable stay

Right on the beach…you can feel the sea breeze calling you to enjoy the sun,the water. Very clean room,car parking in front of the hotel and the owner very kind and always at your disposal with everything you need.

Quiet part of Sarti, but close to the beach and groceries and shops and restaurants

Alex is the owner of the hotel, and he is very friendly — just like the rest of the staff. They are all sociable and communicative. Alex gave us great suggestions for beaches near Sarti where there are no big waves, which was perfect for our small children. They also speak foreign languages very well, so communication was never a problem. What we especially appreciated is that profit is not always their main priority — they treated us to a beer in their small bar and even gave us a little gift before we went home. All in all, we had a wonderful stay and we highly recommend this hotel!
