We loved the room. The two big beds were perfect for my family of four. My daughters also loved the bay window. What I appreciated was how it was attached to the mall and the station. When we had an issue with a leak in the bathroom, they were able to fix it right away. I will stay here again!

Very helpful staff. They upgraded our room for free. Which was a welcoming start to the trip. The location is not bad either. Wee bit of a walk to the MTR, otherwise perfect. Love the facilities, including the pool, which is God sent for families with children. There is a fruit shop across the hotel, Thai eatery next door, Indonesian take away place and very basic 7 11 close by. Massage places around open until 11pm. Handy to Fusion shopping mart. Free shuttle to and from from Tsim Sha Shui . Certainly, I can return again.
