All the staff was very friendly and helpful. They welcomed us with cold fresh water and perfectly sparkling Prosecco. Mrs. Patricia at the reception was highly professional and she ensured our stay there to be pleasant, comfortable and unforgetable. She was even happier than us finding the best room for us, with a small balcony with a view to the sea. The room was spаcious. The bed was big and very comfortable. In the bathroom were available all the amenities that anybody can need. Mrs. Fatka was responsible for the great cleanness of the room and for everyday change of the towels and bedsheets and arranging our room. She was very helpful and extremely pleasant. The breakfast was wonderfull with big variety of food. Location was great, close to evrything, to the beach, restourants, supermarket, pharmacy, bus station. I thing we liked Opatija so much due to the our stay in the best hotel there. We will come back for sure.

Veoma ljubazno osoblje. Ugodna soba u kojoj smo se mogli odmoriti. Kvalitetan madrac i prekrivači. Čisto i uredno. Dobili smo i kinderbet za našu djevojčicu. Mala igraonica za djecu u predvorju hotela, odlična stvar. Potrudili su se zbilja oko božićnog uređenja hotela.

Great hotel. Perfect location. Good food and coffee.š

This is the third time we are staying at this hotel - we love it and we are always going to come back when we are in the area! Large high ceiling rooms, impeccable service and breakfast choices worth a five star hotel.

The food was very good. The location in in the centre of Opatija, so everything is close by. The room was as advertised, beautiful!

We are happily returrning to Palace Bellevue to enjoy the stay at the perfect locatoin in beautiful building where we enjoy the service provided by the most professional staff who excel in whatever they do. We enjoy the food in the spacious restaurant full of natural light, we enjoy the spa center and the pool in which you can actually swim. Resting in the comfortable rooms with your eyes are closed or resting on beautiful sceneries of Kvarner bay completes the perfection of stay at Palace Bellevue.

I liked most, the location, the friendly and professional staff, and the sense of patina that the hotel has

Beautiful location. Excellent staff. Nice pool.

Beautiful and well maintained hotel with amazing staff. Everything was great and all the staff was exceptional.

Breakfast was superb, as it was dinner. Location is spot on.

The hotel was stunning and well appointed with every amenity you could need. The staff went above and beyond to make the stay delightful.

This is simply the best hotel in a wide area: I was here before and this visit did not dissappoint. Thanks to the flexible staff!

Hotel was beautifully appointed and we enjoyed the outdoor patios. My husband enjoyed a cigar outside. Great service from staff at checkin and restaurant down at the marina was excellent.

Wonderful staff, lovely pool, great location and nearby restaurants

We got a room with a beautiful view and terrace. I really liked the layout of the room, facing the sea and avoid the noisy street. The double bed is amazing, its wide and has a great mattress. The food is also exceptional. The chef, Diego, really puts his heart into cooking. The highlight was the soup/broth and the small dessert glassess with different mousses. I can only thank the staff for the amaizng hospitality. Big shout out to Antonia for assisting us.

Every detail in this hotel is beyond beauty and excellence in hospitality. The staff is superb, Luka was wonderful and met all our needs, thank you! The breakfast is far best we had in a long time in hotels in Croatia… bravo to management. We will come back.

The location was excellent in terms of atmoshphere and the surroundings, a bit hard to reach if you are traveling by car but that is the only downside. The hotel restaurant and staff were absolutely amazing.

Beautiful spacious room with outdoor patio over looking the water. Comfortable bed. Absolutely great restaurant onsite with wonderful service and food for breakfast and dinner overlooking the water. Attentive staff at checkin. Private parking. Great location with easy access to central town location and beaches.

It is the most beautiful hotel in Opatija, with the most beautiful beach.

Absolutely stunning hotel! The lobby, the dining room, the outdoor facilities and views were wonderful, but our room was the best part! It was very large, with a separate/adjoining sitting area with a couch and nice lighting to watch TV, and the beautiful bathroom was larger than some of the hotel rooms we stayed in! The bedroom was big and beautifully appointed. We felt like royalty staying there. The staff members were lovely and helpful. The breakfast was fantastic. You can order many different kinds of egg or pancake/waffle dishes (like in an excellent American restaurant--my bias) and the coffee drinks were the best we had in any hotel this trip.

Glamorous hotel 50 meters away from the statue of Girl with a seagull. Staff was amazing, polite, but not pushy at any moment. Room modern and clean, view to die for.

Great location, uncommon specious room, design, service … Hotel has all the facilities you need .it was a pleasure to see so many young and professional people around, front desk , bar , bell boy !!

excellent room, good breakfast, street parking available

Amazing location with view and the breakfast was exceptional.
