We stayed at Villa Nina while attending a festival at the Garden Resort. The location was perfect - far enough from the festival grounds to avoid excessive noise, yet close enough to walk there. The walk took about 15-20 minutes. The rooms were very clean, neat, sound-isolated, and well air-conditioned. Each room had a small fridge and a nice balcony with a view. When we arrived, we were greeted by the owner, Alan, and his mother, Nina. They are such wonderful people who made our stay feel incredibly pleasant and homey. Every morning, I started my day with a fresh omelet with ham and cheese made by Nina herself. If that wasn’t enough, there was also a nicely assorted continental breakfast buffet to satisfy any hunger. Villa Nina is located at the tip of a small peninsula in Tisno, and the setting was perfect for us. Just in front of the villa is a beautiful private beach for guests, where you can take a dip in the sea right after breakfast. The beach has plenty of sunbeds, space, and shade - perfect for relaxing on a hot day. The nearest store, Studenac, is about an 18-minute walk away. Lastly, I want to give a very special and heartfelt thanks to Alan, who saved our day by personally driving us to Vodice so we could catch a morning boat tour after our Uber failed to arrive.
