Merima was amaizing help, thanks to her we got everything that we need.

Appreciation to Anita for her help

The hotel has exceeded my expectations. It is very decent, located in center of downtown, while it is a little far from the main city road and crowds, which results in very quiet rooms suitable for quality rest. Specially nice touch was pet's care that hotel provided me with. I am, usually, travelling with my two dogs and have stipulated this to the hotel staff. My room got two pets beds, two bowls and two bags of dogs treats which is something I never saw during my trips. That itself would give to the hotel even more rating if that was possible. Also, I was more than pleasantly surprised when I came to the breakfast. One of the biggest buffet breakfasts I ever saw. I would recommend this hotel to everyone who would like to experience this kind of treatment.

All of it. The food is great. Staffs are very friendly, even gave us a recommendation of the best beach to go swimming.

Wonderful location and excellent staff.

Staff was particularly helpful when I needed to chase up a personal matter regarding a lost wallet. Rooms were large and comfortable.

The breakfast in the banquet hall was amazing.

It’s a great little hotel in a very good location. Everything was done with style and in style. I can only recommend.

if you want to find a little peace and back to youre self! Perfect Hotel for that

Very modern hotel with all service you can get till your vocation. And pets allowed!

High quality environment with professional staff, perfect location And top notch services

View, food, sauna, staff, parking, everything.

The hotel is one of the few cases where my expectations were exceeded. From the moment we entered the hotel and checked in, the reception staff (Mr. Bono and Helena) were extremely friendly, as well as during our stay. This is a great rarity nowadays. In addition, The rooms and bathrooms are large, clean, bright with a great view. Mrs. Paula Loncar, the hotel sales manager, personally asked us several times how our stay was going. The reason we visited Opatija was my mother's 70th birthday. In this regard, on her birthday, she received a large chocolate cake as a compliment from the hotel. The services offered by the hotel were diverse, far from the standard lounges and taxis, such as a boat trip, a tour of the city with a retro car and many other nice and interesting services that one can remember for a lifetime. Well done to everyone, I hope there are more such places not only in Croatia, but why not in Bulgaria as well. I definitely recommend this place, it will leave a great memory in you for a lifetime.

Everything but breakfast and rooms are great

I stayed here for three nights from 30 December to 2 January and had a truly wonderful experience. The hotel has a charming, elegant atmosphere that perfectly matches the character of Opatija. The location is excellent — close to the seaside promenade, restaurants, and main attractions, yet still peaceful and relaxing. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the staff were consistently friendly, professional, and welcoming. What impressed me most, however, was their outstanding customer service. There was a small misunderstanding regarding a refund, and the hotel team responded quickly, kindly, and patiently while we clarified the situation. Their willingness to help and their professional attitude left a very positive impression. It’s rare to find a hotel where both the accommodation and the service quality are equally excellent. Because of this experience, I can confidently say I will gladly book this hotel again the next time I visit Opatija. Highly recommended!!

Very warm welcome and the team that cared every moment to make our stay great.

I like services and the host, they are all very kind and hostile.

The location, the food at the restaurant, the room, the kindness of the people working at the hotel

Gorgeous hotel and love it so much !

The location is perfect, the pool and the private beach were fantastic

Location is amazing , staff nice and helpful . We arrived before the check in time and we got our room. Also the spa was nice and also the beauty treatments.

We had an incredible view. We stayed on new years eve and we could see a lot of fireworks from our window. The staff at breakfast was friendly and provided us each with a new year class of champagne.

The recepcionist was very kind and caring. He gave us a better room than the one we had booked for no additional cost. He also gave us excellent advice on what to do on the city and where to eat.

Great spa, excellent location, lovely staff
