We were flying into Zadar late and picking up a hire car. We wanted somewhere close to the airport, so we didn't have to drive far. Guest house Ivan was an excellent choice. Check in was smooth, the comfy bed was made up and everything was very clean. We got a great night's sleep and left at 10 am the next morning to continue our journey. Parking for our hire car was perfect. We had a completely stress free experience. Communication was excellent, which just makes you feel so at ease.

We loved everything! The house is beautifully located, with an incredible view of the majestic mountains and right next to a natural beach. All you have to do is step outside the property and you’re already on a clean, quiet and completely uncrowded waterfront. The house is very well equipped and comfortable, with everything you could possibly need. Every day, we enjoyed delicious fresh figs picked straight from the tree growing next to the house. The hosts are incredibly welcoming, kind, friendly and open. They treated us with fresh fruit and a delicious homemade cake baked by the owner, and when we arrived, there were local delicacies, fresh fruit and wine waiting for us. This place is truly special in every way. We spent two wonderful weeks here and will definitely come back!

A beautiful villa located in a quiet village, pool, facilities, cleanliness were outstanding. Communication with hosts/owners was excellent. Car needed to get around but only 15-18 mins to coast (Sukošan) and into Zadar. We used Ubers a lot and sometimes had to wait 20 mins but always got one. Highly recommend a stay at this gorgeous villa!
