The staff were incredible. The value is great, and the rooms are very clean.

The staff is amazing, very kind and helpful. Location is spot on, close to beaches, everything that a person could need is around. Can’t go wrong in picking San Valentino Palace as a good place to stay in Umag, we will definitely come back again!

Amazing hotel in a peaceful location. Owners, staff, cleanliness, facilities, breakfast - absolutely perfect

Great location, about 20 minute walk to city centre. A lot of food options, you can find something for yourself. Friendly staff, nice rooms. Great value for price.

The hotel was nice, clean and all staff was really freindly. The room was clean, spacious and there was a working air conditioning. The food was good, and there was a lot of options for all kinds od needs.

Very good food, many activities for children and baby. Swimming pools are fantastic!!! Playground area is huge and modern! Definitely the best family resort for a good vacation!

The hotel is renovated and rooms are really comfortable, clean and cozy. Ladies from housekeeping did an amazing job and our room was always super clean and tidy! Spa area is nice, the masseuse Marija is great- high recommendation to take a massage, the area for this is also so relaxing!! Breakfast was great :)

One of the best boutique hotels on Croatian Coast. Perfect for holiday on the pebble beach, in the front of the hotel, natural tree shadow, crystal clear sea, free sun-beds, nice beach bar. Newly renovated hotel with exceptional and comfort rooms, excellent equipment and comfortable beds. Delicious and specious breakfast. Free car parking is very useful. The staff is more than perfect, very kind and professional, from the worm welcome on the reception, pleasant at restaurant, attentive in the kitchen and caring in cleaning service. All of them do the best to make the holiday outstanding. Special thanks to Anita.

We stayed at the hotel for 6 nights, everything was perfect. The breakfast which was included was very good, a lot of choices, fresh food, tasty. There is a small sandy beach, just next to the hotel, which is great for families with small kids.

Cosy atmosphere, delicious food, excellent service and beautiful environment to relax.

Beeakfast very good. Swimming pool and jaccuzi well.

The location and quality of accommodation are of a very high standard. Especially great for families with children.

We liked the food and location

Beautifully renovated, modern, family-friendly hotel!

Beautiful location, lovely decor, so clean, staff were wonderful

Great location: close to the beach, restaurants, supermarket. Clean. We loved the balcony. Filling breakfast buffet with good plentiful coffee. Very friendly staff. Manager also makes his own olive oil, ask him about it.

Attention to the details which you dont normally get in bigger hotels, friendly staff, amazing “a la carte” breakfast with plenty of options and great coffee, cosy room with a beautiful sea view. The spa is small but very nice, also not that busy during the low-season. A great place for relaxation. The location is also great - few minutes away from the centre of Novigrad.
