Excellent location in a quiet area, not far for the Umag city (which can be quite noisy and crowded during peak season). The rooms are completely renovated and very spacious and equipped with all the necessary facilities. Considering it's a Bed & Breakfast location, the breakfast was simple, yet complete! Not to mention that you can consider enjoying the breakfast or the coffee (espresso machine), outside in the small garden with olive trees. We had our towels changed (and the room, cleaned) twice during our stay. Ivan and his mother are very friendly and helpful and we really enjoyed out stay!

Fabulous view, excellent breakfast, loads of parking space and close to everything that you need.Anita and Tjana were wonderful, so very attentive with lovely smiles every morning and so helpful, they really made our stay very special. It is a very cozy residence with nice unblocked views over the vineyards. Was pleasantly surprised by the free access to the spa relaxation room which was a truly wonderfully touch. Most importantly- very hospitable staff. We were late and missed the wine tasting. But the staff Alexandra was still kind enough to arrange an enjoyable private tasting for us.
