The view is simply the best, from the terrace and bedroom, was fantastic to wake up seeing the sea! The location is awesome, just 5min going downstairs to the beach, there’s also a market and a konoba (restaurant), and more around in a small village that is touristy but has a picturesque charm. Walking 30min there’s a bigger village, Martiniscica, lively and visited with a bigger supermarket for example. The house (apartment) is spacious, cozy -maybe a bit vintage 80s style-, and although simple, it has everything we needed and could have asked for, in the kitchen and bathroom. The terrace has neighbors as other reviews pointed out, but who lives like a hermit? We still felt privacy, with the plants you can’t even see the other flat;) We had breakfast and a glass of wine at the sunset in the lovely terrace. We never had problems parking, in the evening is more packed but there was always a spot in the streets around, unless you’re too lazy to look a little bit. We stayed 10 amazing days in the apartment and would come again! Plus the host, Karin, was reachable where we needed assistance, thanks so much!

Perfect place tó relax, super nice hosts, with lovely cats and dog🙂 Cute apartment, where you have everything you need during your stay.. Breathtaking view from the balcony, we didn't want tó leave... There are many hidden beaches, no crowd, just the crystal clear water. Must come back 😉

We had a truly wonderful stay and really enjoyed our time there. The apartments have a perfect location — quiet, close to the sea, and still not far from the town center and restaurants. The rooms, beds, and shared kitchen were always very clean and well maintained. Luciano and his wife Mayra are incredibly kind and welcoming hosts. They really care about their guests’ wellbeing and even brought us fresh olive oil and organic eggs. They also have an incredibly sweet dog named Aro. My girlfriend and I loved going on walks with him. If you ask Luciano, he is very open to letting guests take Aro for a walk, and Aro really enjoys it too. He is very energetic at first, but also a very loving and grateful dog — and a real cuddle dog. Thank you for the beautiful stay — we hope to come back someday.

WONDERFUL WONDERFUL WONDERFUL ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff impressed me with their consistent courtesy, professionalism, and genuine warmth. They went out of their way to make every guest feel welcome, creating an atmosphere that felt more like visiting a friend’s home than staying in a hotel. The location is superb—just steps from the beach, with a charming wooded area nearby that offers a peaceful retreat from the afternoon sun without needing to head back to your room. It’s the perfect blend of relaxation and natural beauty. The restaurant was another highlight. The food was delicious, varied, and thoughtfully prepared to cater to a wide range of tastes. Whether you’re a fan of local cuisine or international dishes, there’s something for everyone. What truly made this stay memorable was the staff. Every team member I encountered was attentive and kind, going above and beyond to ensure I felt cared for throughout my visit. Their hospitality was heartfelt and made all the difference. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing, well-serviced getaway. I’m already looking forward to my next visit!
