Elsa ar the reception was amazing. We reserved 2 rooms without being able to choose connected rooms. She gave us connected rooms after arriving there. Our daughter has some issues with her tummy due to some food from another place. They were very helpful in making the food exactly as we requested for her. During the night she puked in bed, the cleaning staff was very helpful with cleaning the bed and the room. The place is bussines oriented, but it is also a great option for an overnight stay as it is close to the airport. We couldn’t go outside to visit because the pollution index was very high and our daughter is sensitive, but the hotel is also close to the old Dutch city and pretty close to the port…. From what I saw from the grab.

We absolutely loved our short stay at this new hotel. It was just a short overnight transit and we needed a nice place to just chill and unwind, closed to the airport but yet affordable, and we were pleasantly surprised about how good this hotel is. Located inside the terminal which is a plus point (can drag the arrival trolley all the way to the hotel lobby), very comfortable mattress and pillows (at least to my liking), spacious room and a good shower pressure. Will definitely come back here for my next transit in Jakarta

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was spacious and comfortable, with the added bonus of a nice balcony. The location is ideal: the hotel is close to the airport, which is perfect for travelers on a short stopover or with an early flight. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. I’d like to especially mention (Bayu, Sarah)who made my stay even more enjoyable with their hospitality and attentiveness. The hotel also features a beautiful rooftop terrace, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the view over Jakarta. Additionally, the on-site restaurant is a real highlight – the food was delicious and well-prepared. Jakarta’s city center, with its main attractions, is about a 30-minute taxi ride away, making this hotel a great base for both exploring and relaxing. Thank you for the wonderful stay. I will definitely return in the future!

Lush rooms. Comfy beds and pillows to die for! Fun high floors - with good views over the city lights. Only stayed as transfer so didn’t get to fully experience the hotel facilities which is a shame as it looked lovely.

Location wise, all the amenities were just a stone through away. Seafood restaurant was just across the road, a huge shopping centre Ramayana was just beside the hotel. Clean, nice views from the reception as well as warm staff. I always believed that it’s the people and the not the place that makes the difference. Here both were great. A special upgrade to the staff. Friendly, warm and they go an extra mile to help their customers. Hats off to the staff.
