Peacful location with an amzing view of the rice fields, jungle canopy and volcanos in the distance. The hosts Madei and Grandma, Grandpa were very nice, talkative, helpful and good hearted people. Open bathroom was super nice and breakfast was delicious.

My friend and me stayed at JHB for about 9 days and we both want to share our experiences separately: This is a place where you can truly retreat and connect to the land of Bali and to yourself. The place co-exists with nature and even when you stay in the beautiful rooms it feels like you are outside. here the land nourishes you on all levels: body, mind and soul. Picking fresh fruits for breakfast, flowers for tea, relaxing, reading or meditate with the song of a small and the sounds of the jungle. Everyday I woke up here I was marveled by the beauty of the place and it was almost hard to choose which wholesome activity to do here. And the richness of the land here is not even the thing that made me enjoy the place as much as I have. What it did for me was the hospitality and kindness of our host Azwar and his staff/friends. In Azwar you find a host who enjoys having you as a guest, who wants to get to know you and share his knowledge of Indonesia and life with you. Being with him made me want to be a host for others since it showed me that hosting people can change and deepen their experience of traveling. Last but not least: Agung the chef of the place… For me food is one way to get to know a country and in Agung you have someone who embraces Indonesian food and just treats you to joy after joy. My honest recommendation: don’t choose your food and let him do his magic!

A wonderful hidden gem! For 1 week this oasis of tranquility was the ideal base for me to: - Relax. - Work remotely (excellent WiFi). - Explore and enjoy the real Bali away from the crowds of Ubud / Canggu. The bungalow was lovely - Spacious, very comfortable and super clean. The outdoors area with view to the waterfall was beautiful and relaxing. The owners were wonderful - Made and his wife were truly kind and always so helpful, both in person and via Whatsapp, from start to finish of the whole experience. And their 3 cats were really cute :) You can rent good scooters from them and they can also do your laundry. Location is both peaceful and convenient: - 2 min scooter ride or 5 min walk from the main road. - 2 min scooter ride to a convenience shop for fuel and multiple restaurants. - Many beautiful rice fields without crowds just 8 to 30 min scooter ride. In conclusion: A memorable experience that I´ll always remember fondly :)

Our recent stay at Puri Dajuma Terrace was fantastic. An incredible location, away from the packed touristy areas. The view of the rice terrace at the facility is amazing. Highly recommend the walking tour to the neighbouring villages and the waterfall. Beyond location, the cleanliness of the entire facility was impeccable. The rooms were spotless, with great attention to detail. The common areas were also perfectly maintained, showing a clear commitment to guest comfort and hygiene. Finally, what truly made our stay memorable was the kindness and professionalism of the staff: every single person, from the front desk to the housekeeping team, was warm, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. I highly recommend the facility to anyone looking for a top-notch experience. The combination of its perfect location, immaculate rooms, and an incredibly kind staff makes it a true gem.

I would really recommend staying here, everything was perfect. The host is amazing, very kind, helpful, speaks good english. He took us to see the local market, told us about balinese culture and arranged transport to our next accommodation. The room is like new, very clean and comfortable. Shower and toilet are separated, shower has hot water, shampoo and body wash. There is also toothpaste. Aricon is good. There is tv with Netflix. Near is a warung with very good and cheap food and also offers delivery to your room for free! The location is quiet, next to the ricefields, very calming, we loved it. If you like staying in more peacful places you must come here. This was the best stay we had in our three week trip to Bali.
