Really enjoyed my stay at Pristine Living at Tokyo Riverside. The location is great, with lots of restaurants and cafes around the area, and it’s easy to get around. The room was clean and comfortable, and everything felt new and well taken care of. The staff were friendly and helpful as well. Would definitely stay here again!

Excellent location for my business trip to the NICE PIK2 exhibition. Also lots of restaurants around in this area that felt save and clean and the breakfast is large with plenty Asian and European options. Yes, the elevators were quite slow and hot, yes there were very few ants in the room and the bathroom was not perfectly clean, but overall it was a very pleasant, convenient stay.

Very nice and helpful staff. Needed somewhere to freshen upp and get some sleep before continuing my travels in Indonesia.

Affordable and easy to navigate, facilitate with convenient store pool gym Japanese restaurant. Warm and friendly staff.

Great hotel to stay near airport, clean, comfortable room. Staff was very friendly. Had great dinner at the restaurant.

Breakfast was great. Very polite staff and clean room

Very close to the airport and nice spacious room. Also 24hr reception, and bell boy, all the stuff super pleasant :)

Very close to airport ..I choose the room with balcony it was amazing very clean rooms helpfull staff

Very nice staff, flexible airport pick up included in the price, clean rooms, super close to airport, cannot recommended it more. It really lives up to the Marriott name

My room was on a very quiet corner. Very relaxing, as this is hotel is located at a road with a lot of traffic which is very common almost everywhere in Indonesia. The hotel is nearby the airport and you can get here for free from Soekarno-Hatta-Airport with SH1, the free airport shuttle

Good staff and value for money.

Near airport! 10min to airport

Very friendly service at the front desk and helpful at all times

good location for transit eventhough quite small

Perfect transit hotel, good breakfast, clean and quiet in the room. Some shops as Starbucks and KFC for fast food and coffee... Free shuttle, 10 min from the airport.

I am booking an AC room but they have given me a non-AC room and everything in the washroom is broken. The room is very dirty, there was no towel or any bed sheet in the room. Such a hotel should not be on Booking.com. They show AC rooms online but when you go there, they say you have to pay more to get an AC room.
