I recently had the pleasure of staying at The Bodhi Leaf Wellness, and it was truly rejuvenating. We stayed during Maybank Marathon which take place in Gianyar. The location is very close, only around 3 kms. The owner is very helpful and super nice, they offered a free motorcycle to reach the race location. Room was clean, small pool, some sitting areas, kitchen. Location is very quiet and nice view from the room. Near Pasar Sukawati also.

Loved the feeling, the enchanted haven — Goodvibes around the grounds and in the room — magic little escape from the traffic and hustle-bustle — really nice space. Balinese carved stone and wooden details: classic traditional style — most authentic place i stayed in Bali. Close enough to waterfalls and coast yet quiet and far from the noises of highway. Host Kapten Nyoman is Mr Cool, he’s oozing good energy and you feel he’s “there if you need anything”, a ride somewhere, some local knowledge or some cultural stories. His wife was there cleaning the porch one afternoon after blessing the place with new ceremonial offerings and just as smiley as Kapten — what a welcoming feeling and what nice people!

Together with my husband we stayed at Sabana hotel for 4 nights as a part of our honeymoon. This place is amazing! The most important advantage of this place are people - hotel employees are so kind and helpful - we truly felt like in home :) Hotel lobby looks really nice, rooms are well-equipped. We had a room with the balcony, where the delicious breakfasts were served. We can also recommend hotel restaurant. This place has also a great viewpoint at the top of the building. The location is great - near the Ubud centre, but on a quiet site street. We also appreciated free shuttle service around Ubud centre.
