The most attentive and kind staff at any hotel I've ever stayed at. My partner and I were getting married during our stay and even though it wasn't at the hotel itself they still congratulated us and provided us a small gift. It's also the best breakfast buffet in the whole country. To my suprise when they asked for tea or coffee at breakfast they even wanted to know the type of coffee. It was a real cappuccino! The rarest in all of Indonesia!

Travelling as two female backpackers we really enjoyed our night at Kampi Hotel. Facilities were nice and breakfast buffet was the best one we had in a long time haha. Location is close to Tunjungan Plaza. Thanks to the amazing reception staff and especially Saddam who took great care of us when our shuttle was (very) late! :)

The high standard of the hotel stood out by the hotel staff at ALL levels. The room was spotless, and water and bed were great. The view from the 20th floor (room 2010) was goods looking down at the traffic. Similar view from the bar located on the 21st floor. Breakfast and dinner selection were huge, with the dining room making you feel like a VIP. Did not use the pool or excise area. Location to all the places on my bucket list was easy, either walking or taxi.

I loved everything, the people working there (they're so helpful, friendly and kind!), the wonderful garden where you take the breakfast, the quality, quantity and variety of food served at breakfast and dinner, the swimming pool, the view from room's wide window, the space in the room. We stayed in this hotel before and after going for volcano tour. We booked a family room which was really extensive about 70 m2 of the area with a large sitting room and bathroom. The food offered for the breakfast represented so many options from various kitchens that it would be difficult to taste many of them. The panorama view from the restaurant is spectacular. The staff was extremely kind and helpful when we were obliged to rearrange our stay. The hotel is well located with access to many eating options and commercial centres.
