This was definitely one of the highlights visiting Java! We did not expect this hotel to be as nice as it was. It definitely exceeded our expectations in the best way possible. The room was very clean and larger than expected. Staff was very kind and helpful. The food and especially breakfast buffet was amazing, with a lot of typically indonesian dishes and fruits to try and taste. Definitely recommend stopping by when in Surabaya!

Room was large, bed large and comfy (not too soft, not too hard), pool area lovely, and the wood fired oven at Osteria make delicious pizzas. It's just a pleasure to stay at a comfortable 5 star hotel where the staff are efficient, friendly and trained to such a high standard.
