This was one of the Best Hotels I stayed. The room was nice , great bed and pillows, our houskeeper, Sandy, he was just the best, he made our stay more personal&familial by writing letters and making dolls from towls, very careful, all clean always, but in all all the personal of the hotel is veey kind and helpful, the hotel smells good and the breakefast waa the most varied and tasty, maybe the best we ever had, and also the Magnolia restaurant was great, best Salmon I ate. The staff is very helpful to arrange a driver for us to Ijen Volcano, they even prepare take away breakfast for us as we will miss the breakfast buffet because of our trip to Ijen. For the hotel, the room is very spacious and clean. The breakfast buffet has plenty of choices.

Unbelievable value for money: the room was large, luxurious and comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful and the hotel is easily accessible from/to the main train station and airport.

I had the pleasure of a five-night stay at Four Points by Sheraton Surabaya, Tunjungan Plaza, from August 19th to August 24th, 2023, with my wife and parents. The experience was pleasant, with attentive and polite staff making the check-in process smooth.

Whoever has any sense for the impact of history on our current world will love this hotel. It is beautiful, well led, and also a living reminder of the complex shadow of the "long 19th Century" (including of its dubious features like colonialism). It was also the location of one of the most famous incidents (the "flag incident") on Indonesia's path to independency, so you will literally have a comfortable room in the middle of historical reminders. Its tranquil and lush gardens surrounded by the majestic hotel wings - and the occasional flying fox gliding through the vast open hotel corridors at night - have immense beauty. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay there, also thanks to the very friendly personnel. Several nights before I had a room in another high-class hotel down the same street on the 20th floor, but the noise from Surabaya's busy streets there was considerable, whereas in the Majapahit it was comfortably quiet at night. I hope that this amazing hotel and historical monument will be kept as well as it is right now for a long future, and I will happily stay there again next time in Surabaya.

Excellent hotel, extremely well maintained and with all imaginable services (outdoor pool, gym, restaurant, rooftop terrace, spa center, laundry service...). The staff we have met is really nice and have helped us in every way they could (and always with a smile!). We found the restaurant very good and with a lot of variety, and it is also open late, which is always useful. The breakfast buffet is frankly spectacular and very varied. We can say little about the location because we have not walked through the area.
