Kind staff. Very good pool! Not bad GYM.

everything was perfect. expect one minor thing, the room has not a small fridge. Beside that the hotel surpassed my expectations.

This is The Best Hotel for short or longer visits in Surabaya, location hotel is just 30 min (when traffic is not to busy), from Juanda International Airport Surabaya. Very clean, super friendly staff, food is delicious, rooms are very clean, overall no negative comments. When we are back in Surabaya, definitely we will book again at this amazing Hotel.

Thanks to the guy at the counter. He was so helpful. The previous day the lady at the counter said i have to go the laundry myself. But later this guy said i can just leave to the counter and the hotel will send it to the laundry. From my perspective it was the best that the hotel can offer. A good customer service.

Breakfast was absolutely excellent with a fantastic buffet offering a great variety of fresh and tasty options. The staff were very friendly, kind, and always smiling, and they were extremely helpful throughout my stay. The reception staff also made a great first impression, being welcoming and attentive from the moment I arrived. My room was clean, spacious, and very well-maintained, with everything kept neat and comfortable throughout my stay. I would especially like to highlight Rayhan from the reception, who was extremely helpful with all my questions and went out of his way to assist me — always smiling and very professional 😄 Overall, everything about my stay was absolutely fantastic and felt truly well taken care of — definitely a 5-star experience
