Close to the airport, can have early check in, easy to get taxi, the receptionists are friendly, and easy to get food.

I like the cleanness very much and also the staff were very cooperatives . I like the location as well and also the services were excellent.

Shops nearby...easy to go on...

We love staying at Bale Ocasa and have stayed here 2 times in the last 3 years. It is so close to Soekarno–Hatta Airport and must-see places around Tangerang. The food is great and good value. The room is spacious and comfy. The garden is always well maintained. But most of all the staff are amazing, cater to our needs, and friendly. Especially Diah who helped prepare the food from Ruang Tuang, and Dian at the front desk. We hope to stay here again next year.

Didnt take breakfast so i dont know

Conveniently close to the airport

Good and nice place also the food

Free collection from the airport is big plus

I liked everything but there’s one thing that I didn’t like. I couldn’t open the window in the room. So, when u shower you’ll have the smell of the shower and moist in the air but everything else was totally fine

Perfect for short trip while waiting for plane

The most convenient option between 2 flights at CGK. The breakfast is plentiful and available at 3:30. the staff are helpful and attentive.

Location was spot-on. next to mall with lots of restaurants, convenience stores

Location for a few nights in Jakarta, the views, the room and staff. A mall just in the corner with plenty of shops and restaurants

Excellent hotel Still the same Best airport hotel I've ever been to Beautiful with gardens and fountains This time I took breakfast,a very varied and good breakfast

Location wise, all the amenities were just a stone through away. Seafood restaurant was just across the road, a huge shopping centre Ramayana was just beside the hotel. Clean, nice views from the reception as well as warm staff. I always believed that it’s the people and the not the place that makes the difference. Here both were great. A special upgrade to the staff. Friendly, warm and they go an extra mile to help their customers. Hats off to the staff.

Great location for international flighta, comfortable bed, clean.

The location is a few step away from Kawasan Kuliner Pasar Lama. Nearby lots of attraction spot in Tangerang. The reception is 24 hours.

I like the staff only. They were helpful and always ready for help.
