The Sumba Beach House is a perfect beach getaway! The views are amazing, the beach is clean and walkable, the area is not crowded, the ocean is swimmable and you can surf too. The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. There are lots of activities nearby that the staff can help you arrange if you need. The food was wonderful and fresh. The room is simple yet very comfortable and the bathroom is beautiful. Thanks to Melky, Jeni, and the entire staff!

Tia & her husband who run the guesthouse are delightful and so so helpful. It’s a struggle to rent motorbikes so don’t just turn up thinking you can wizz off & explore.. they searched for a friend who was willing to rent one and I was so grateful. They also gave me so much help like running me to the ATM when my card didn’t work in the one close by, offering to make a packed lunch for my day exploring, giving me their WhatsApp in case I ran into any trouble. It became a home away from home & I can’t wait to return

Everything was great, from the accommodation location, the view, the food prepared by the host, and the service they provided. We had such a great time. This property is absolutely beautiful. Attention to detail in the rooms abound. The views and sunsets are otherworldly. The pool is amazing, the food is home-cooked and service is second to none!
