The Majestic Hotel is just a 1-minute walk from the 3.1 mi stretch of golden sands of Tramore Beach and 7.5 mi from Waterford. It features a restaurant overlooking Tramore Bay and free WiFi access. it is a superb hotel and we totally enjoyed our stay there and will return in the future
Dílis Go Bráth is located in Tramore, just 7 miles from Waterford. Every room has a flat-screen TV. Certain accommodations include a sitting area where you can relax. Dilis Go Brath is a marvelous place to stay in Tramore. Martin, his wife Maria, and there children were all superlative hosts. Our room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The breakfasts were delicious – my mouth still waters for the salmon and egg combo. Be sure to check out the Friday night jam session of local Irish music at Banyan. If you like history, ask Martin about the tragic loss of the Sea Horse in Tramore Bay 200 years ago.
A 10-minute walk from the beach in Tramore, these modern studios offer an ideal base to explore the south-east coast of Ireland. Free private parking is offered on site. Very spacious and clean. The staff were lovely. Had a lovely stay. Would definitely come back.
Located in Tramore, 25 miles from New Ross, Glenart House provides a garden and free WiFi. There's a seating and/or dining area in some units. The host and hostess at Glenart Guest House were absolutely lovely! They allowed me to choose my room and provided recommendations for dinner and even gave me a lift there!! Breakfast was excellent!!! The hostess brought a map of Waterford and of Ireland and sat down with me and identified potential itineraries for the next week and a half! Provided spot on directions back to Waterford Crystal for the tour and how to get to my next location. Would definitely stay here again!!!
Located in Waterford in the Waterford County region, with Tramore Beach nearby, Hunters Lodge B&B provides accommodations with free WiFi and free private parking. Everything was excellent about Hunters Lodge. In times of Covid, this lodge was incredibly clean. Mary and John are the best hosts, very pleasant and perfectionists. Their breakfast has more quality than lots of hotels we have been before. The bedroom was comfortable with all utilities to make our stay comfortable. The location was very convenient for us, we were close to city center but in a quiet area where you can enjoy a good night sleep. We highly recommend this lodge!
This is a beautiful location in Ireland for a typical seaside break. Beautifully maintained and managed by the local authorities and people of Tramore. A great example of a seaside town with cafes, bars and entertaining amusements. The beach is very clean and there are interesting activities to take part. Moll's for breakfast was perfect! O'Shea's for our stay was excellent. And One The Waterfront was a lovely place to dine in the evening.
I love tramore so i might be a bit bias but the area is lovely, it is so pretty and relaxing. There is so much to do between chilling on the beach and playing in the arcades/casinos and going to the fun fair. There is really something for everyone to do. It is easy to get around tramore but there are a lot of hilly areas when you're out walking so be prepared for them but on the beach and prom, it is a safe area to walk around.
It's clean and safe, with a perfect beach. The amusements are great for all ages. You can go for lots of walks so a car isn't needed. You can do a day trip to Waterford easily if you want by bus.
The beach and promenade are great. Travelling west there are fabulous little coves and beaches. We had a superb meal in The Vee Bistro. Tramore is very hilly and walking around may be difficult for some. There are a lot of one way streets so driving around can be a bit complicated. Overall we loved our stay there and we plan to return
We enjoyed the walk along the beach, watching the waves come crashing in and hitting off the wall and sending spray everywhere. Kids enjoyed going to the arcade in the evenings and playing some of the games.
When weather is nice it’s beautiful, fun, friendly.. bring enough money though. The pizzas were good in the pizza place. Not sure about the Japanese gardens.. kids got bored pretty quickly. The swimming pool scores high in my books..

Big spacious room, double bed and couch with tv and kitchenette. Would definitely stay again if returning to Tramore. Avery was really nice and helpful - he gave us a map of the area and outlined the good places to go. It’s close to the town center and race course which is ideal. Overall great value for money.
