We enjoyed the stay in Rainland resort and the staff provided us with great service. Additionally, the food was really good. The hotel is located at about 1KM from Athirapally waterfalls. Rooms are good. There is lift. There is hot water. The food was really good. Really nice for the price at which they are providing the rooms. Ample parking space as well with CCTV monitoring the parking area as well.

First the staff - outstanding and of course the location. You were welcomed with a genuine desire to help you - they took us on trips to see deer and another waterfall. They gave us local tips for the best time to see the sights. The food was delicious- it really felt like a home from home. The whole team were amazing, we would like to commend Abin, Sagheeb, Udeesh, Midhun and Hilary- these are the staff that we had the most interaction with and they have platinum service .

“Had a wonderful stay! The host Amna was very friendly and helpful❤🫂. The house is surrounded by mountains and forest with no nearby houses — full privacy! The area is beautiful, don't get me wrong.

The area is beautiful, don't get me wrong. It is very very distant however, with complete lack of services. Don't expect pharmacies, selection of restaurants or even a large variety of activities. We visited dead in the middle of winter, but the heat and humidity make it virtually impossible for any sort of hiking or other extended physical activities. There's enough to do and see for one night, don't stay longer.
