Great location to see the northern lights. Very friendly staff. Comfortable bed and good shower. Very nice breakfast provided each morning with a good variety. Good location to see south Iceland.

What a welcome! Ion and Karen were delightful hosts. Nothing was too much trouble. It was great to meet real Icelanders in their own home. Our room was spotless and everything was well thought out with plenty of lighting, complete blackout blinds, lovely toiletries and a view to die for! Breakfast was delicious. Most of all Ion was great to chat with and very generous with his time. It was very easy to get to the Farm, good accessible roads the whole way in - we combined our stay with dinner at the Tomato farm and a visit to Laugaras Lagoon We felt it was an authentic stay with an Icelandic family on a beautiful farm in peaceful countryside. I wish we could have stayed longer Thanks v much

Amazing house! Everything was even better than in the photos. The place was cozy, spotless, and very comfortable, with everything needed for a perfect stay. The surrounding views were absolutely breathtaking — a true Icelandic fairytale. It was peaceful, relaxing, and the perfect place to enjoy nature.
