Beautiful, clean room. Every staff member we interacted with were wonderful, especially Adele at the front desk and Tomas in the restaurant. This hotel is top notch and we decided to book another stay here towards the end of our trip because we loved it so much! The dinner was fabulous! We enjoyed every part of it from the homemade bread to the delicious main courses to the incredible desserts!!

The cabin was very cozy and well equipped. The view from all the windows was so panoramic, with lush green fields and snow capped mountains. We checked in late and the kitchen stove could not start and we contacted the owner Mr.Siggi. He sent his father Mr. Mikki over with a spare hot plate stove, so that we could cook our meals. We’re really touched by this kind gesture. If tranquility is what you’re looking for with a wonderful view, this is it!

The location is wonderfully peaceful — a classic Icelandic cabin surrounded by horses and nature. It had everything travelers could need. We were quite busy exploring, so we didn’t get a chance to use the grill, but it would’ve been amazing to sit outside, grill, and enjoy the tranquility.

These cabins exceeded our expectation. The host met us on arrival and was friendly. He had thought of everything in the design of the cabins, and the outdoor showers were a nice touch. Very warm, comfortable beds and duvets, dark curtains and a peaceful environment. Would come back in a heartbeat.
