My favourite hotel that I’ve ever stayed in! Had the best time relaxing by the pool and then watching the sunset from our ocean view room! The staff were incredible and made us feel so welcome. They gave us the best dinner recommendation and organised a private shuttle to Naples for our group. The chef was incredible and talented and breakfast was an EXPERIENCE. Cannot wait to come back! I have never felt more relaxed in my life.

The hotel is run by a very nice family. They prepare really great food for the dinner. We had the best pastas here while in Italy. Franco not only allowed us to drink our own wine but even brought a cooler for it :) but there is no need to bring your own wine as they serve delicious local wines. You also have to try their meloncello which is amazing :)

Had a wonderful time at this B&B Santa Maria.The mountain views were absolutely beautiful - could see the peaks right from my room window. Everything was super clean and well-maintained. The hosts were very friendly and helpful with local recommendations. The room was comfortable and the breakfast was delicious. Perfect location for exploring the area. first time traveling to Italy. I have moved 3 times hotel but this is the cleanest, most airy and beautiful. The new room is spacious and airy with full amenities. You are served a lovely breakfast with many food options. The owner is enthusiastic and always wants to help when you need it. Reasonable price, near the center there are many restaurants, convenience stores. I really want to introduce this place to all of you. I will definitely come back ❤️

Agerola is pretty and a friendly town. Everywhere is easily accessible by bus from Agerola. The ladies in the ‘Agency’ where you buy the bus tickets from were amazing and helpful. There are lots of amazing places to eat and drink there too

It was an AMAZING STAY.

It was an AMAZING STAY. Luigi the owner and his family are absolutely amazing,very hospitable,trying to please everybody.The property is located in a very peaceful area surrounded by mountains and offering beautiful views from the balcony of the room where there are also two sun beds. The property is few minutes walk from the public bus station,supermarket,restaurants,pizzeria and 30 minutes drive from Amalfi .The property is located in a beautiful village called Agerola.The BREAKFAST was amazing and very filling with omlet made on the spot served with salad , delicious local salami ,cheese ,freshly made croissant and cappuccino or coffee .Very hard to find such breakfast in bed and breakfasts in Italy .The rooms and the beds are very comfortable,bathrooms very spacious ,clean and designed with great taste.We will be back soon for sure at Luigi's property!

Beautiful area, but it’s worth noting that in bad weather ferries do not operate and buses can be extremely crowded, making it almost impossible to board them. In such cases, you may need to rely on an expensive taxi to get back.

Agerola provides an escape from the tourist busy towns on...

Agerola provides an escape from the tourist busy towns on the Amalfi coast. It is higher in elevation than the towns of Amalfi, Positano and Maiori. These towns are port towns and in the busy travel months are always full of tourists. However, there is more to do in these towns than in Agerola, and if you plan to only stay in one of those towns, only go between 2 close towns, spend your vacation time on the beach, then I would recommend to stay in one of the coast towns. If you want a more central point to all of these and other towns (ex. Sorrento, Ravello, etc...) and plan to travel each day to a new town and a quiet place to rest at night, then Agerola is a great place to stay. If you stay in Agerola and since the roads are one lane both ways, you have to factor in travel times to all other towns (in case you need to catch a ferry, have dinner reservations, etc...).

The small town feel of Agerola was great as we arrived from Rome which was really chaotic Loved the rooms. Better if there was an elevator for those staying in the upper storeys. Love the breakfast. Better if more helpers rather than just the 1 person who was overwhelmed by the needs of everyone. Value for the money no equal. Was the best deal in our Italy tour

Agerola was a small village that was used as a drop off...

Agerola was a small village that was used as a drop off point by the hotel shuttle from where either a private or public bus could be caught to Amalfi on the coast. The were several cafes and restaurants around the place for a coffee whilst waiting for the bus. The area would be extremely attractive for hikers which we are not.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The view was simply breathtaking, and everything was spotlessly clean and well-maintained—both inside and outside. The owner was incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The breakfast was delicious and a perfect start to the day. Everything about my stay was fantastic, and I honestly have nothing to complain about. I truly hope I get the chance to come back one day!

The property was located in a quite area. Spectacular views all around. With a modern look but also keeping that old charm mixed in nicely. Staff were super helpful at all times and friendly. Also very welcoming no matter what time we arrived. Laslty the food at the hotel was excellent and never disappointed us.

The hotel is above the village and from the terrace you could look over the town and out toward the coast. The hosts were friendly and informative. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious and served in the garden.
