The interiors are tastefully decorated with great attention to detail, and the vast, seemingly endless garden is breathtaking – beautifully maintained and full of charm. Breakfasts were delicious, varied, and prepared with care, while the staff were exceptionally kind, welcoming, and always ready to help. The location is another highlight – tucked away in a peaceful, quiet spot, yet only a short walk from the center and the stunning lake. Lovely boutique hotel in gorgeous location on Lake Maggiore. Loved the view of the lake from our lake-view suite. Suite was a very good value. Hotel rooms are bright, fresh, clean, and well-appointed. Comfortable beds. Air-conditioning worked great. The bathroom was large (for Europe) and very nicely done. Good lighting. Breakfast was good—all you would expect in a European continental breakfast. Eggs made any way you want upon request. Espresso drinks also made upon request. Hotel staff were gracious and helpful. Wonderful stay!
