Nice hotel right in the center, very kind staff, lovely cosy room, clean and comfortable. Everything was well maintained and the atmosphere was pleasant. I would definitely stay here again.

Friendly personal. Tasty breakfast. For vegans there is an option of cappuccino with soya milk. Also it was a pleasure to talk to Russian speaking girl - she is a waitress at the buffet. We have found a beautiful restaurant in 5 min from hotel. It called Del Torchio Al Tavolo. It’s a family restaurant. I don’t remember the name of the owner, but he was such a nice to us. Tasty food. Inspired stories and vibes. Generally - all is good. Italians are extremely kind people with open souls 🙏. We would love to come back again and again in this beautiful country.

The Hotel Giardino is fabulously located in central Arona, on the shore of Lake Maggiore and immediately connected to the historic and elegant shopping zone with multitudes of cafes and restaurants. The service in the hotel is very efficient, good breakfasts, a bar, great views on the lake side, and most usefully, and excellent attached restaurant (I like it more than others in Arona) for which if asked, the hotel will provide 10% discount cards. The selection of restaurant wines is phenomenal. This is not a five star style of hotel, but it is a fabulous place to stay, as I often do.

The staff at Hotel Spagna are so welcoming it was hard to say goodbye. The owner Stephan, Elizabeth, Maria, and Christina - were all so lovely I extended my stay in Arona. Then after checking out I left my bags at the hotel while collecting a hire car. I was back hours later than I’d advised and had no way to communicate. I realised after collecting my things and driving away that Stephan had kindly waited around hours for me to return instead of going home so he could let me back in - but he didn’t even say a word was just friendly and gracious. Thank you so much Stephan - I’m writing this from a tent in the Alps which I couldn’t be doing otherwise. I’m so glad I chose little Arona to stay in and this hotel. It has been my favourite in over a month of travelling from Australia across Europe. Thanks for showing the cheeky Italian spirit; and also letting me have breakfast at 1pm after long sleep ins! Beautiful and comfortable hotel minutes from the station and the lakefront. I booked a basic single and was upgraded to a lovely double. The room was big, warm and very comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.

I can’t find any fault the place is situated on a hill with a beautiful view of the lake on one side and on the other there is the statue of San Carlo and the garden behind it.

Very good stay at the Hotel Agnello, the room was clean and all the necessities were there. AC unit present too, needed to fight the heat. The staff was extremely friendly and helped me with a very late check-in too! Giving a 9/10 just because I could not try the breakfast due to personal external reasons. Super!

- Wonderful view of the lake. - Homely atmosphere in the restaurant "Great location". It takes exactly 3 minutes with 2 heavy bags to get to the nearest train station. You will save on taxi fare. - In the shower, and you can warm up well with hot water. - And in the bar you will be offered a very wonderful cappuccino. - At this price, there are minor flaws. I don't consider furniture a disadvantage.

Albergo del Sole is absolutely beautiful. The rooms are large, comfortable and immaculately clean. The location is unbeatable, the breakfast was more than delicious but what really stands out the most is the owner and his amazing team! They were all friendly, attentive and truly made you feel at home. Highly recommend it!

We only need to stay one night en route to another destination. Nice large comfortable bed. Shower water and pressure was pleasant to use. Nice clean room overall.

If you can have the view it is a pretty good sight... Hotel does seems much from outside but the room we had was stunning and modern with a great bathroom.

Really good rooms (spacious, clean, and fresh, with good sized balcony), great views all around, wonderful food, and a lovely family. A nice location, too, to walk around or to explore from.

Great service with very friendly and helpful staff, beautiful view and I loved the vintage vibe inside the room :) The breakfast was good and we had dinner as well which we were very happy with.

Amazing hotel and expectional staff! the only thing I regret is not discovering this place before. It will always be my first choice in lake Maggiore. coming back very soon!

Amaizing location, close drive to attractions. Weather wasn’t kind, but I am sure great over summer time.

The hotel is near to the train station, has parking, it is clean and modern, the breakfast is good and so is the new spa and gym. The staff are very friendly and helpful.
