I recently stayed at Villa Margherita and was thoroughly impressed by every aspect of the experience. The hotel boasts a spectacular location right by the sea, making it an idyllic spot for a relaxing getaway. Just a short drive from Livorno, it’s easy to find with ample parking—a real plus for road trippers. From the moment we arrived, the service was outstanding. The staff at both the reception and restaurant were incredibly attentive and service oriented, making us feel genuinely welcome. The atmosphere throughout the hotel is warm and inviting, striking the perfect balance between elegance and comfort. 🍷 The on-site restaurant deserves a special mention: the food and wine were exceptional, showcasing delicious local flavors with impeccable presentation. Whether you’re a gourmet traveler or simply appreciate good dining, you won’t be disappointed. 🧼 The hotel itself is spotlessly clean, and every detail seems thoughtfully curated. But the real showstopper? The seawater pool. With its magnificent view of the coastline, it’s the kind of place where you can lose track of time and just soak up the serenity. A small friendly hotel which was very clean and in a great situation. Promenading along the front, restaurants nearby and great base to explore Livorno. A very good breakfast was included in our price and they provided breakfast in our room when we had to leave early to catch ferry to Corsica.

Highest recommendation to choose this place from me and my friend. Really nice small hotel from outside and inside(mini castle), really clean, good location not far away from Livorno center, close to the hotel there is so many nice restaurants with beautiful view. The staff is really warm and helpful in all situation. We felt like at home .

This was one of the loveliest hotel stays we have ever experienced on many levels. The friendly manner and exceptional professionalism of the staff, was always present. They were always kind, considerate and showed generosity that we feel was above average. It was my birthday and they spoilt me and made very special throughout our stay. The Spa & wellness centre was also a fabulous experience and so relaxing. The location is wonderful, the rooftop restaurant, bistro, breakfast buffet and all facilities were fabulous. The pool area on the roof is fantastic! We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Livorno!

A lovely hotel from the beginning of the 20th century with an atmosphere that brings you back in time. Very clean and comfortable room. We appreciated the kettle to make tea in the evening. The breakfast was excellent.

I stayed only for one night of a business trip (September). Since I was on a very variable schedule, I had to be continuously in contact with the reception in terms of my arrival time - they were always available and very supportive (even though I arrived an hour after the maximum check in time). The hotel is on an excellent location by the sea, which offers the opportunity to walk - we walked on 7 am. Amazing breakfast. The most important is the excellent building of the hotel - we actually reffered to it with my colleagues as "the mansion".
