Warm welcome. Modern design. Sea view. Away from the hustle and bustle of Rome but within easy reach on the train. I stayed here 11 years ago and have been meaning to come back since then! Nino and Angela not only remembered me but were so accommodating and warm in welcoming me back. It’s a perfect spot if you want to combine sun and sand with a city break. It’s just an hour into Rome and only €3.60 on the train. Thanks to both of you.

Nice hotel near the beach. Friendly staff. Clean rooms. Not far from the nearest train station. If you go along the road to the right, then there will be a supermarket not far away. If you follow the road to the left, then at a distance of 2-3 kilometers there will be seafood restaurants. The beach next to the hotel is very good, the water and sand are clean, there were not many People.

I stayed in this hotel with my sister. It was a perfect vacation for both of us. The nearest beach was only 5 min far from the hotel. Every morning the host Mr Simone was baking the most delicious croissants I have ever eaten to serve the guests for breakfast. The whole staff was very friendly and loved what they do. Grazie!

We had an amazing experience at this villa. Francesco and Alessandro made sure everything was perfect and even gave us a complimentary upgrade. Every morning we enjoyed fresh croissants and a light breakfast, which was such a thoughtful touch. The villa is elegant, clean, and equipped with everything you might need. It’s quiet and relaxing, perfect escape from the city. We also loved spending time with Spartaco, the sweetest dog! The hosts kindly picked us up and dropped us off at the train station, which made our trip much easier. The beach is a bit far from the villa, but you can ask the hosts to arrange a ride. We loved everything, thank you!

We liked the most the place was very calm, no noise.

We liked the most the place was very calm, no noise. You can easily find local restaurants with reasonable prices or can go to Anzio city to find more sophisticated restaurants. It is better to have a car as the sea is approximately 50 min. by walk.

Our reason for staying in Anzio for 6 nights was to avoid...

Our reason for staying in Anzio for 6 nights was to avoid staying in Rome. Even in May, Rome felt hectic. So, we chose staying in Anzio to balance things out. We spent an hour each way commuting between Rome and Anzio. After we spent a day in Rome, we need to spend the next day relaxing on the Anzio beach or enjoying the espresso and pastries outside a cafe while watching people or leisurely strolling the shoreline and checking out different restaurant menu or curiously checking out all the nearby retail stores for freshly made pasta, meals, freshly caught fish and fresh fruits. Last but not least, we visited Church of Saints Pius and Anthony in Piazza Pia. Almost every night, we sampled different restaurants from the fine dinning to the cheap eats. All in all, life is good!

Anzio is a small nice quite town, most shops where closed...

Anzio is a small nice quite town, most shops where closed and in the center area, parking was impossible and the parking ticket police where out and hunting,Almost every other car had a ticket on the windshield,the restaurants are great we had some great meals at reasonable prices. The hotel we stayed at was not close to and "Bars" or any kind of relaxing hangout have a drink places. This area is good if you want to be alone and just enjoy peace and quite.

Anzio is a wanderfull place to stay.

Anzio is a wanderfull place to stay. Full of cozy restaurants, beautiful streets, beach, pleaces for walks. Excellent plesce for sea food fans. The beach is perfect for kids. Anzio is perfect pleace for family stay. Conviniente transport to and from airpot and Rome itself.

A calm, not fussy and clean city, which can be reached from...

A calm, not fussy and clean city, which can be reached from Rome by train in one hour and paying 3.60 €. The air is filled with the aroma of flowers and plants. Well-maintained and comfortable beaches. There are stations with boats and yachts. Delicious cuisine with seafood.

Beautiful Seaside town, Extremeley friendly and helpful...

Beautiful Seaside town, Extremeley friendly and helpful people. Even when language was a barrier they would find some one or we would use translate. Even bus drivers and train conductors were so helpful.

Visited Anzio of historie reasons. Appartement is ideally located for visit at the beaches and the the very informative and free museum for the ww2 landing campain and the connected memorial and cimmitaries. Easy and free parking just outside the appartement. Shopping and restaurants close by. The owner was very welcomming and helpfull with adresses and links. The appartement had a beatyfull terrasse with view over the see.

Very nice flat in perfect location, close to all bar restaurant shops, in the center of Anzio and the seafront and beach is very close. The flat is very clean and fully equipped. The host very kind and helpful for any needing.
