Wonderful hotel, everything is as described. The rooms are excellent, clean, tidy, equipped. Good breakfast, varied offer, with coffee of course. Staff very friendly (special regards to Karlota). Parking. A wonderful view of the sea, the beach immediately after crossing the street. Hotel guests have a discount on the private beach. Close to the bus and train station. There are amall shops and many restaurants nearby. The center can be reached by easy walking (app 45 min) or by local buses. All recommendations!

Lovely laid-back and friendly staff. Simone and staff went out of their way to accommodate us and assist with local attractions, including reserving restaurants and boat tickets. Rooms were clean and had plenty of natural light. Breakfast and coffee in the morning was great. Very close to public beach area and local town area, also very close to the train station. Great location. Hotel was family oriented, felt very safe staying there and had no issues with noise. Will definitely be returning and would recommend to anyone looking to stay in Anzio or near Rome.

Honestly I loved everything. Everything was clean, neat, I loved the furniture and the whole italian vibe. I have always wanted to live an italian villa experience, and this, as my first one ever, was really beautiful. Delicious and healthy breakfast and the hosts are the friendliest and chillest ever, always there to help - Francesco helped us with a ride from the Fiumicino airport to the villa, and also treated us with amazing italian food at a wonderful pizzeria from nearby. ♡

We liked the most the place was very calm, no noise.

We liked the most the place was very calm, no noise. You can easily find local restaurants with reasonable prices or can go to Anzio city to find more sophisticated restaurants. It is better to have a car as the sea is approximately 50 min. by walk.

Our reason for staying in Anzio for 6 nights was to avoid...

Our reason for staying in Anzio for 6 nights was to avoid staying in Rome. Even in May, Rome felt hectic. So, we chose staying in Anzio to balance things out. We spent an hour each way commuting between Rome and Anzio. After we spent a day in Rome, we need to spend the next day relaxing on the Anzio beach or enjoying the espresso and pastries outside a cafe while watching people or leisurely strolling the shoreline and checking out different restaurant menu or curiously checking out all the nearby retail stores for freshly made pasta, meals, freshly caught fish and fresh fruits. Last but not least, we visited Church of Saints Pius and Anthony in Piazza Pia. Almost every night, we sampled different restaurants from the fine dinning to the cheap eats. All in all, life is good!

Anzio is a small nice quite town, most shops where closed and in the center area, parking was impossible and the parking ticket police where out and hunting,Almost every other car had a ticket on the windshield,the restaurants are great we had some great meals at reasonable prices. The hotel we stayed at was not close to and "Bars" or any kind of relaxing hangout have a drink places. This area is good if you want to be alone and just enjoy peace and quite.

Anzio is a wanderfull place to stay.

Anzio is a wanderfull place to stay. Full of cozy restaurants, beautiful streets, beach, pleaces for walks. Excellent plesce for sea food fans. The beach is perfect for kids. Anzio is perfect pleace for family stay. Conviniente transport to and from airpot and Rome itself.

A calm, not fussy and clean city, which can be reached from Rome by train in one hour and paying 3.60 €. The air is filled with the aroma of flowers and plants. Well-maintained and comfortable beaches. There are stations with boats and yachts. Delicious cuisine with seafood.

Beautiful Seaside town, Extremeley friendly and helpful people. Even when language was a barrier they would find some one or we would use translate. Even bus drivers and train conductors were so helpful.

It‘s the perfect home away from home and even more beautiful than the pictures show. Thoughtful designed and furnished apartment with 2 balconies and direct ocean view. The beach is right there on the other side of the street. Christina, the owner is super friendly, warm-hearted and helpful. I can highly recommend Orizzonte in blu for any short or long stay in the beautiful city Anzio.

If you go to Anzio, stay here. Seriously. I can not imagine there is a better maintained and decorated property or nicer host. Sea view. Lovely private terrace at the back. Our young daughter says: this is a very nice property. Near the sea side, very nice to go for a little walk. If I had such a nice holiday house I'd live in it all the time so Top Marks!
