What a wonderful hotel. Location was awesome as were the staff. Family owned and run. We had the best time. We were made to feel so welcome. Will never forget this property. One of the best we stayed in over our 6 weeks of travel. An absolute hi light. Private beach on the lake. Lake views from our balcony. Couldn’t have been better.

Everything about it.! It’a a beautiful place to stay

Location could not be better, breakfast was really good and with an amazing view. Staff was really nice.

Beautiful and spacious appartement with afternoon sun on the private terrace. Great value for money for the Italian breakfast. Very friendly people at the reception that is staffed from very early till 22h!

The hotel was exceptionally clean and well located. Near the piazza and a lot of restaurants. Also very close to the place where you take the boat to the islands. It’s just across the street. The hotel staff were all so kind and friendly. The rooftop was beautiful in the evenings❤️

I was extremely satisfied with Hotel Luina. It is located right in the center, yet in a pleasantly quiet neighborhood. A huge advantage is its location just a short walk from the port, where boats depart for the Borromean Islands. From the train station, it's about a 15-minute easy walk. The room was clean with regular housekeeping, and I also had a beautiful direct view of the lake. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. The icing on the cake was the excellent breakfast – with a choice of both sweet and savory options, there is truly something for everyone. I highly recommend it!

I had a fantastic stay here! The attentive staff went above and beyond to accommodate my dietary restrictions, making me feel truly cared for. The massages are a must—by the end of my stay, I felt deeply relaxed and in high spirits. Highly recommend for the exceptional service and rejuvenating experience!

Excellent location and very nice staff!

The host was excellent and went out of his way to make our stay enjoyable. There is a restaurant below the hotel and we had a very good meal there.
