I had such a lovely stay here in the mountains near Como! The place is surrounded by beautiful nature with streams, a little wooden bridge, and even an old watermill – it feels very peaceful and relaxing. There are cozy spots to sit outside, perfect for enjoying and relaxing! The house itself has a lot of charm and character, and it really feels like a special hideaway. What made the stay even better were the owners – they are super friendly and welcoming, and you can really feel how much love they put into this place. If you’re looking for a quiet escape close to Como with stunning surroundings and warm hospitality, this is definitely the place to be.

A great location away from the crowds of the other towns on the lake but in walking distance of good restaurants and bars. Very easy parking. Delightfully run family hotel, good restaurant on site too. Best breakfast we had on a 2 week trip in the Dolomites and lakes. Recommend highly

It was going to be our first time in Como. And we were meant to have a weekend getaway for our wedding anniversary. After spending a long time deciding which area of Como to stay in, we finally booked this hotel in Lecco, thinking we'd give it a chance—and it exceeded all expectations. The location turned out to be a fantastic one. Your window opens directly to the lake, and you wake up to an incredible view. The road in front of the hotel isn’t very busy, making it ideal for walks. Also, we had no issues at all with parking. After visiting all the other areas in Como, we were glad we booked here. The other popular spots were all overly crowded and commercial, but this place felt more local. The rooms were clean and spacious enough. Paola was a star—such a sweet lady, always smiling and helpful. The restaurant/bar downstairs seemed quite sufficient; we sat for coffee a few times and had breakfast once. We will definitely return to Como and stay here again.

This is one of our favourite places in the world:) we love Lario and all of the stuff, we had our wedding here 5 years ago and the place is just stunning as well as its amenities, food and people who takes care of the guests) thanks a lot to Lurde, Alice, Thomas and chef Luca for making our stay superb and making us feel that we are welcomed. We liked everything, the breathtaking view of the lake, the excelent dinner and a very good breakfast... Just an information for the potential guests, there is a very difficult to get to the hotel, a narrow steep road full of turns, the are also dangerous places here.You need to have a good car or motorcycle and be very careful. The host very nice and helpful..
