The area is peaceful with beautiful views. Everyone who worked there was attentive and extremely polite and helpful. The food at the restaurants was well-prepared and delicious. They were welcoming to my two dachshunds and even provided some special treats for them. The room was comfortable and clean. Beautiful views. I stayed in the Melissa room. I’d love to come back and stay on the same room. Loved it.

The staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful. Our room was bright and clean. We also enjoyed the breakfast. The connection to the centre of Verona via bus is super easy - there is a bus stop right in front of the hotel.

Superb location, excellent staff and service.Breakfast and restaurant was lovely. Free shuttle to Bellagio really helpful.

The staff was very helpfully and nice. The services were perfect. 🙂

We liked the room, was clean, large bed and had a nice balcony. They own the restaurant downstairs which is nice and there is also parking.

Excellent location and in such superb condition. Well taken care of property. Plus an amazing stunning Italian style breakfast.

Very friendly staff, great hotel location, close to the train station and highway. Hotel is done in retro style, nice inside decorations with bright colors.

Comfortable location out of the city. The bus stop is 1 minute, the parking near the hotel is free. Late check in, very nice and helpful staff! The room is modern, very comfortable and so clean. We had a terrace and it was very pleasant to spend time there. The breakfast included everything you need. Higly recommended hotel!

Pure sound protection of bathroom (if you know what I mean). The rest is very good

Very friendly staff and fully renovated hotel. Big parking.

Exceptional beauty and great location. From outside you can't fathom what inside holds. Truly amazing experience.

In the heart of the city, in a beautiful palace. Nice breakfast. Old style hotel, in perfect context with the location.

the hotel is in the very city center and provides valet parking. we enjoyed an amazing breakfast and the building is full of history. of course, it is a little bit old and old style but perfect fit for Verona

The location was excellent, very central and convenient to everything. The staff were very friendly and welcoming and the room was very nice and comfortable. The breakfast was great good selection of hot cold sweet and savoury and the staff serving were lovely. We have stayed in Verona several times and this will definitely be our port of call next time , I highly recommend this accommodation.

The mansion is stunning and tastefully decorated. The room was very spacious, clean and beautiful and exceeded all our expectations. We were traveling with our dog and the hosts couldn’t have been more welcoming. There is also a small dog park around the corner. The location is a bit outside the historic center (20-30 mins walk) but the neighborhood is nice and also has a lot to offer. We actually really enjoyed the neighborhood with different (wine) bars and restaurants close by.

Very modern and well designed building. Rooms were spacious and clean. The service from the staff was excellent.

The hotel is situated in the center of Verona. Everything is so close and reachable by foot. Everyone in the hotel is super nice and helpful. The hotel is clean and cosy! We will definetly come back if we're in Verona!

This is a great hotel in a great location, located in the town centre, 5 min walk from all the main attractions. The room was very modern, spatious, comfortable and clean with beautiful shower. Breakfast was great with many options to choose from. One of the best hotel experiences we had!
