The support from the reception was very friendly (e.g. when we forgot the jacket in the car). As 3star hotels go. This is by far the best one we ever stayed at. The staff upon check-in was very friendly and accommodating. Loved the location The room was so large. Best shower ever. Would stay again in a heartbeat and would recommend to anyone visiting Verona.
