The reception staff was truly amazing, professional, super polite and friendly. Upon our request they provided with names and reservations of two authentic Italian restaurants. When we checked in, we were given a key to a room that had a note inside saying we had received a complimentary upgrade accompanied by a tray of sweet treats. The room was beautiful, excellent decor, very clean and bright. The bed was heaven, very comfortable. Breakfast each morning was delicious, great selection and friendly staff. We really enjoyed our stay and would absolutely stay again. A big thank you to all the staff, everyone was amazing.”
